This would make sense from a pure hydraulics perspective - a larger cock is going to require a larger quantity of blood and possibly greater pressure to maintain an equivalent state of hardness. A smaller cock is going to get harder on the same amount of blood/pressure.

@ErosWired  In the past I have met a few guys with big dicks and most were indeed spongy, not fully hard. But not all of them were/are. Totally agree hung cocks that are semi rigid are the best to suck because i can basically just swallow them down my esophagus.
