SO, do the Studios decide if a Scene is going to be a TRUE Breeding Scene or do the Actors/ Models Decide if they are going to make it a TRUE Breeding Scene? I think a big factor is the top's ability to do the internal cum shot on demand. A lot of the gay-for-pay guys just aren't into it enough. They need to jack off on the hole to cum. Another reason I would say is because you really want to see some indication the top is actually coming, just just saying it.
