Area to stay nyc

I am planning a long weekend in nyc mid feb. Which area is best to stay for hot anon breeding hookupa, i find guys moan about distance so trying to stay central.

I go to NYC at least once a year. The local guys are always looking for fresh meat.  I normally stay in the Midtown area, (mainly, because my non-sexual activities are in that area) not far from Times Sq. but far enough away from Times Sq. that it's just out of the tourist craziness. West of 8th Ave. More towards the Clinton-Hell's Kitchen areas. I just make sure the hotel has an elevator that doesn't require a keycard so guys can come easily to your room. I've always had some breed & seeds while there and they've worked out really well. Mostly local guys. But, occasionally a tourist or two will join. 
I have stayed in the Village, SoHo, Downtown and Harlem. I've had good luck in all areas. But, you're right. Guys don't want to travel far.
