Taking pictures at sex parties

I was wondering about the practicalities and issues of taking photos/videos at sex parties (bareback of course). I’m especially interested in experience of those that have hosted sex parties. 

I’ve had limited experience of such parties and have not organised one myself. I’ve been to about 6 or 7 away from commercial sex premises. Generally there have no photos and guys are encouraged to leave their phones inaccessible during the action. However, one organiser of frequent orgies that I’ve attended takes the role of official photographer and wanders around taking photos (no one else may). This practice is signalled in advance before you attend. Afterwards he edits the pictures to obscure faces and identifying marks like tattoos and makes them available in a Dropbox to guys who attended. I found myself featured in a couple of pictures, one I remember at the time was taken at the request of the guy I was fucking, in the other it was a group shot I had no idea was being taken. I found it a real turn on. 

I can see some risks of allowing anyone to take photos at a sex party - you could end up with all voyeurs and no action! More seriously since one can assume any photos taken could, and probably would, end up on the internet then many guys would be unwilling to come to the party if they could be identified in that way. The trusted official photographer would be a good solution. 

I also wondered if it would encourage or deter participation. I thought guys will find it hot and want to attend such a party. However, might it be more likely to turn guys away?

I think for a hardcore group who don't mind the world knowing their sex lives they probably wouldn't mind. But I imagine the majority would think like me - it'd be a massive turn on, the photos would be so hot, but I'd be worried about being identified from them and it takes a lot of trust in the photographer and his security to ensure the pics don't end up online before everything identifiable is blurred out. 

A free for all with photography would only work for me in a small private group where you trust each other.

Any photograph of you that leaves your direct control has the potential to become compromising information. I’ve used Photoshop professionally for more than 20 years. You could not imagine the ease with which I could take a photo of a man and make it seem as though he were doing something... naughty. With a smile.

Fortunately, I’m burdened with scruples. Not everyone us.

Sometimes it can be hot to imagine your sexual nature being exposed, but in the wrong context the consequences can be anything but sexy, and potentially life-altering. “Ruin” is a word that comes to mind, because there ate great big chunks of the world that emphatically do NOT see things the way we do here on this open-minded little sex site.
 
For this reason, I would say yes, the suggestion that pictures will be taken at a sex party is more likely to give potential participants a second thought, but it might also give you as a host reason to think twice before exposing your guests to potential exposure.

This coming, mind you, from a cumdump who probably gets photoed and videoed getting railed far more than he realizes, so take it for what it’s worth...

Same for me. I have been to many sex parties but phones and videos are prohibited.

I find it a massive turn on and would love a free for all with photos. I usually let people know I don’t personally mind. I’ve found most people are cagier about identifiable photos though, for the reasons already mentioned. Most guys I’ve partied with don’t mind body shots and usually people just take them tbh.
 

Having said that, I don’t have my face photo on here, so make of that what you will!

I do porn so I have no problems being filmed or having my naked body distributed across the internet, particularly while getting bred or fisted while others watch.  Some places forbid filming, though most parties I've been to, any filming must have consent of those who will appear in it. In other cases, such as an event like Fist Fest, if you are walking around all these guys openly having sex and being passed around believing no one is filming, then you are just naive. The stigma of the naked male body or the act of males having sex solo o with others needs to be eliminated. The more of us posting our sexploits (TM)  for the public to see, the more normal such indulgence becomes, as it should be to start with. We are sexual animals at our core. Those should be celebrated, not shamed.

Would love to organize a sex party/orgy where it is understood that the action is being recorded with the express purpose of dissemination of the images and videos. The necessary releases for public display and hold-harmless would of course need to be signed beforehand.  All bareback and all sleezy - posted to a site dedicated to organizing such parties in other cities and countries. Many bathhouses and clubs may very well close permanently.  We need to explore other options for cummunial fun and fraternity.

I agree with this. I’ve no problem with other people seeing a picture or video of me having sex. I also did some (very bad) porn years ago, and there’s amateur pics of me floating around too, both among party goers locally, and on the internet. I’ve a very different job now, and while I’d like to avoid discussing my sex life at work, at the end of the day it’s a case of “Yeah I had sex. Have you?”

Other stuff sometimes goes on at parties though, and that’s a different matter. Also, I’ve expressed opinions on some of that other stuff on here, which is why I don’t have my face up here, really.

And I would gladly participate. Nothing is hotter than the sight of males indulging in fucking and fisting like a pack of dogs in heat. I’m in if you’ll have me and this damn virus ever goes away and we can travel again! I’m a big fan of being fucked openly in the corridors in sex clubs, or with the door wide open for anyone to watch or join. I’m always wishing the cameras were more invasive at the parties I go to.

The parties that I have been to have always had a ban on picis/videos... but I did see a video on another site of the big fri fuck party @ folsom in Barelin... looked like it was shot in one of the upper level cabins.. so management would have been aware..

Having been to countless private sex parties, naked nights at darkrooms and blackout sex parties, I honestly don't mind being filmed and photographed. But there are others that do - it is very much an option for the people playing.

I went to a few parties years ago where the host filmed and the action but not people’s faces. He edited the footage and sent links to the participants and it was extremely boring porn. Porn is 90 percent about seeing the guys’ faces. Watching closeups of cocks fucking is dull if you don’t have the context of who is attached to the cock.
