I like the detail of the ever-expanding universe, though there have been a few series that lost my interest relatively quickly. But statistically speaking they all can't be gold! Boinxdoor19 Posted June 4, 2021 Report Share Posted June 4, 2021 Love them both (and this topic) but if I had to say all time favorite is StarTrek but in its entirety as conceived by Gene Roddenberry and his many contributors. The Star Trek universe is about as perfect science fiction as it can get, true science that pushes the boundaries. Imagine all the modern conveniences we take for granted today that were first explored in these stories. Sisko was indeed promoted from Commander to Captain during the run of the series.
