TBH, I kinda felt its time to move on, but I kinda like this site also.

I Dont always agree with some of the rules or decisions, but I signed up and accepted them.

I find that the Block user button works for me, just added another 3 users today, however, they are sill visable if someone quotes them.

I like the PM function l have a good rapport with quite a few users on here to date

I have been warned, suspended in the past for genuine mistakes x 2 and it still shows on my profile 10 years later as a learning I guess.

I have two niggles on this site with an issue that gripes me, but I feel that it cannot be shared openly on the boards without backlash, comments and writing 100 lines for the headmaster with an apology.

Anyway, maybe , I spend too much time on here. But thanks Rawtop for providing this site for us, just a shame that a minority spoils it.

Most of it if not all of what you read is just fantasy in my opinion, if you really really want to get “knocked up” as they call it simply go to a bath house stick your Hole in the air and let it happen. Fucking ridiculous some of the garbage you read on here.

FWIW, as I understand it, past infractions remain visible to you (and to the moderators) but unless they're particularly severe, their "effect" wears off (ie the impact on your reputation score, your level of advancement, and so forth).

I suspect that the original designers of the software (which, remember, isn't RawTop or anyone associated with this site; this is software available for people to create a site like this one) planned it that way, so that site operators could always look at a user's history and see if he's other problems in the past - and importantly, what kind of problem, which can indicate a specific issue to address.

Yes, but presumably you can work past that since it's not prompting you to ignite a flame war with them, right? If I can ignore the specific user, I can usually look past someone quoting them. Although I might give another look to the quoter based on the company they keep, but that chance is remote at best.

The last thing this site needs is less truth and more propaganda. Prior to the 2020 election a lot of misinformation was spread on here, and true facts were condemned to be false because they didn't follow "the narrative". Now, a few years later, we have all learned and have the proof that much of it was political propaganda. There were numerous long-term members here that left for that very reason. The current political climate of evaluating, sorting, labeling and then shaming people for their political beliefs when they differ from one's own is also evident on here, and discourages participation. Many post were removed because this ideological difference was deemed "harmful" and deleted, but yet self destructive behaviors such as drugs use and bug chasing is not harmful and completely acceptable here. So thoughts are harmful and destructive actions are safe. I'm not surprised that people are leaving. I don't participate as much as I used to because I'm not here for the propaganda, and I'm not here for the self destructive behavior either. Whatever happened to having sex without it having to have a self-destructive aspect to it? Why can't people learn to have multiple sex partners and extreme sex practices that don't involve drugs? And why is everyone so offended by thoughts that they need to be policed, but encouraging others to be self-destructive is completely acceptable? I won't even get into the favoritism shown here, where some members make personal attacks at others and get away with it (I know this to be fact because I've reported numerous instances and NOTHING was done), but other members say something off color and get penalized or banned. If you're going to moderate, then moderate fairly - that includes penalizing your friends when they fall out of line.

Sorry to quote your entire post to say 'me too', but thank you for having the courage to say that. A lot of people are tired of "the narrative", others have seen through it and just said enough. I go by actions, and when I see the leftist opinions are regarded authoritatively while centrist/libertarian/conservative views are labeled and squelched or yelled-down, one tends to know the score.

At a certain point people incent the type of behavior and lowest common denominator to which they appeal. Hopefully people recognize that it's time to stop the bitter divisiveness and be more agnostic as a community rather than simply beating everyone's heads in and effectively driving them away. Wouldn't that be about as boring as watching MSNBC?

A few people have commented that they feel parts of the site are too extreme, and one person commented that new posts were declining. Others allege censorship, without saying quite what is being censored (not clear if it's content about sex, which is the site's focus).

To counter those negative observations, I'd like to mention some activity that is new, is increasing in volume, is not extreme in the least, and that bucks the trend of online censorship: photo albums.

Lately we've seen several members make regular updates to porn photo galleries. The material is hot, it's varied, it's not extreme (the odd biohazard tattoo, threesome, or stream of piss is as edgy as it gets; most of the pictures are solo shots of muscular guys with big dicks). It's hosted openly here on Breeding Zone at a time when such material is actively censored/no longer allowed on Tumblr, or sits behind mandatory, application-based (i.e., fully trackable) registration if it's posted in Reddit communities. There's a lot of mainstream gay sexual content on Breeding Zone, and that's something to celebrate.

As people have explained, you can toggle visibility of the backroom, you can choose which forum names and thread titles to open, and you can block users so that you don't see the content of their posts in threads you do choose to open.

The tools to find what you like and ignore what you dislike are all here. Enjoy the site for what it is, instead of complaining!

I agree.

In a few months I will be on this site for 10 years. Apart from great stories, hot pics, true experiences (although some I doubt) there are also threads with really good advice. Where else do you find this? I don't think there is another site like this.

I have not seen a reason to block someone. I know which topics I don't like so I stay away from them or ignore comments. I'm not a bug chaser and don't like the idea that being poz is the ultimate goal of every gay man but everyone makes his own decicions. Who am I to judge?

I also spend too much time here but it is still the go-to site every morning 😉 And it probably will continue to be.

I wasn't surprised at all, and I expanded my vocabulary as well.

FetLife is similar but the discussions tend to be fairly dead and the overall tone of the site in many areas is exceptionally cliquish. Which is why I tend to come here much more than Fet.

Good to know. I created a FetLife account but didn't use it much. I guess I'll keep it on the shelf.

To be clear, there is censorship on this site. It's a moderated forum; that's what moderation means. What will be censored is spelled out very clearly in a small number of posts by @rawTOP , the most important of which are pinned at the top of the General Discussion forum. He is the site owner and decides what things need to be censored here to protect the site and make it a pleasantly nasty place to share our lurid and piggy thoughts and desires, and discuss the real-life implications.

Excellent reminder, and yes, the rules are clear and have been clarified and expanded over time.

I meant that those complaining about censorship didn't say what exactly they felt was being censored, or censored unfairly. I got the impression that it was matters unrelated to sex. I don't "read Playboy for the articles"; I'm here for the sex!

Moderator's Note: A lot of you are getting dangerously close to the "Not Being Polite to Other Members" infraction. If you think someone has violated a forum rule, report the post. Otherwise, please refrain from policing other member's posts publicly. You have expressed your (totally valid) skepticism over the original post. Please move along and comment on posts you DO enjoy.

So I didn't grouse about 'censorship' as much as I made mention that moderation might be a bit more even-handed. I provided DrScorpio's post from another thread where he jumped in as a reminder of the infraction. From what I've observed of DrScorpio, he's pretty agnostic on the 'who' behind posts, which is great. I made a deliberate choice to not pull out examples or single out specifics because I didn't see anything positive coming from doing that. And I won't start crying to a Moderator on everything I think as violating the above policy. I can use the site tools to ignore those vexations, or simply ignore them -- people only get to you when you let them, and I keep in mind that I can always put this away if I feel I'm becoming too invested.

Sometimes when someone gently reminds others that they're close to crossing a line can be far more effective than singling out people.

Besides, I know we can't discuss [banned word], [banned word], [banned word], [banned word] and [banned word] to name a few. 😂🤣

I go through spurts where I'll visit the site several times a day because a topic popped up that interested me, and then there are times I can go several days or longer without visiting.

In terms of content I know what I like and what I can constructively (or at least positively) contribute to and typically stick with those. There are things I am not really into, and may give some of those topics a passing read to see what is currently going on but usually I just don't click on them.

I think that with age and experience we get fairly decent at separating the fact from fantasy posts. I mainly look at this site as a fun way to discuss experience, learn some new trick or technique, flirt a little with others, and read some stories which may or may not be real but what the hell, a little escape from the day is a good thing. I do see a number of topics that seem like a repost, and usually just ignore them. After all, how any times should I describe the first cock I sucked? That has to be boring as hell to read after a while!

I can understand the argument that an impressionable person may take some posts or topics as reflecting the real world and act without considering the consequences. But fantasy is a lot of the world wide Web, if they weren't drawing questionable conclusions from here they can get them from numerous other sites. I have to give kudos to the moderators, they have an overwhelming task of making sure things get steered to the correct location and removing stuff that goes outside the rules.

In the end, I think there are a lot of good people on this site that are more than willing to talk with people that have questions and will give them honest answers. There is a lot of fantasy on this site, and I'm going to guess that 99‰ of those fantasy posts stay as fantasy. For me it is a fun escape from the day when I do spend some time reading the stories and imagining myself living the experiences.

And I have to say thanks to rawTop for getting this site started, and all the techs and moderators who keep it from going off the rails. And all the great contributors with their topics, comments, pics, and the occasional dirty one-on-one messages!
