The earliest relevant to the question thoughts I can remember were to do with a friend who had a stash of porn magazines - just a handful and very tame, but we were very young so they were catnip to us anyway. I don't recall how the idea came about but we wound up playing a game of reenacting the photo shoots, and I was automatically the 'porn star' posing nude while my friend 'interviewed' me about how much fun it was to show off my body.
