I agree. We should stick to the topic - Austin and his conviction - here. 
The comments and questions raised by @fuckholedc  about the US govt and police in the States, of which I was unaware,  are very important and require a new thread. 

I had initially started this topic in the Porn section coz i never thought the case against Austin was a serious or believable case. I now feel I should have started the discussion in the LGTQ politics/general discussion forum because this is a question of sexual freedoms and the treatment of gay men and the possible dangers that come with the State deciding you need to be targeted. 

I just am not convinced of any of the charges against Austin. They are too brazen and circumstantial.

Not American so can't comment on specific laws but I've seen some people argue that there should be leniency if the underage guys Austin fucked looked legal/lied about their age. Sorry but that just doesn't cut it.

I'm not denying that some underage teens lie about their age and experiment when they're young (god knows I was curious). I can also understand leniency when one party is underage and the age gap is small (eg. A 16 year old and a 18 year old or even a 17 year old and a 21 year old). In those cases, while one party is technically underage they are often both in the same peer groups. Thus, if no grooming took place and the older party didn't know their partner was underage (or had reason to believe their partner was legal) then yes, there's room for compassion on a case by case basis.

However. if you're in your 30s and intentionally hunting barely legal/underage guys (not guys who look young but actively hunting 18 year olds and younger) that benefit of the doubt disappears. More damningly, we know he had willingly accessed child pornography. That pretty much  confirms he was intentionally targeting underage guys. And of course, anyone who willingly keeps child porn on their computer is a monster.

 

In short, fuck him.

Justin Heath Smith broke long-standing Federal laws protecting minors. He admitted his guilt. He's been convicted and is awaiting sentence. 

Any individual's personal convictions or beliefs about the veracity of the charges are entirely moot. Heath has said on the record that they are true. Game over.

It doesn't  strike you as Odd that the guy who is Out for 20 yrs and is one of the most successful gay porn star of our time,  also, having a fabulous sex life: a guy who fucks at least twice a day on average¹, goes to sex shops/booths⁴, has a sexy bf and lives in NYC where he can find any twink or man he wants, suddenly goes crazy and starts sharing child porn on an anonymous twitter account.  It is possible, I will grant you that — but how likely is it?

Now, lets look at the other plausibility that Austin is actually innocent and these charges are all Trumped up to make him look like an evil monster. 

Let me explain why I think there is something suspicious in these charges against Austin. 

Austin has a history of ........ people making false allegations against him. 

LIST OF ALLEGATIONS

1. Caused a suicide attempt of a gay porn star: In 2020 he made a statement condemning a gay white porn-star who was encouraging the U.S. police to shoot black protestors. ¹Austin not only stood up for the rights of black people to protest and not be shot at by the police in America, he also economically destroyed the guy, Billy Santos, who eventually lost a lot of his corporate sponsorships. 

In retaliation the porn star in question did not apologize but claimed he had become suicidal because of Austin's actions and the husband of this  guy even posted pictures to support his lie. Eventually it was found out that the guy had been lying. To me that really shows what kind of SICKOS exist in BIG Porno ( the porn industry which has started acting like BIG PHARMA) and the kind of false accusation that Austin Wolf seems to face. 

2. Racist remarks against a black American : Another incident highlights how the powers that be seem to want to target Austin. After the Billy Santos when he encouraged voters to vote and someone commented, America is about Power and Exploitation, Austin snapped back, "then move", a reasonable comment in my opinion as many Americans who are fed up with Trump and his assault on American democracy have actually been moving out of the US. Austin did not realize that the guy who commented was black¹ and a story was generated that Austin was a racist and had asked a black person to move to Africa! What a misrepresentation of what had happened. Austin later explained he had replied back to the guy to move, because he didn't seem interested in participating in the democratic process of the U.S. and also, that he did not look at the guy's profile and thus didn't realize the guy was black. 

I have increasingly gotten a sense that a LOT of people don't like Austin - the white boy: gays on here  think he is rude and arrogant, something he has admitted to. However the powers that be in the United States also don't like the  white boy and I am wondering why? ... Is it because inspite of being a southerner from Texas, he has a thing for black people and also allegedly for black men.

I can see why all of this would get Austin  on to the F Bureau of Investigation's³ List of subversives. 

If we are to believe the first charge brought against him, the accuser called TT1(Target Telegram User 1, as he is called in the sealed complain)³  had met Austin Wolf after exchanging messages on Twitter. If Austin created this account for the specific purpose of exchanging/acquiring child porn and staying anonymous why would he have met this person that he chatted with on that account and blow his cover? Do u think after being a porn star for 20 years Austin would not have known that this guy would recognize him in NYC!

Also this guy apparently was able to tell the FB of Investigation, Austin's physical description, "Vocation", and approximate address.- and this is apparently evidence against Austin. Anyone who watches porn or lives in NYC and has an interest in gay celebrities would be able to find out such information and I am sure this guy did as well! Also, its interesting there is no mention of what they did when they met. Did TT1  get fucked by Austin or did he give Austin more Child porn? Since there is no mention of any such exchange, one can say for sure that no such thing happened and that Austin and this guy hooked up and for some reason he now wants to get back at Austin. Why?

If we are to believe the first set of charges or allegation, Austin suddenly went crazy between 24th to 28th March and started exchanging child porn from an an anonymous Twitter account.

1. is is possible that Austin a pornographer who deals with sexual material as a matter of work, and probably looks at hundreds of sexual images on a daily basis, never looked at these videos of pics he received from mr TT1. 

2. Does the FB of Investigation³   know that given the advanced state of technology in our times, anybody can hack into anyone's account and plant stuff. Just as, if someone know your physical address and decides to leave a bomb or some kind of harassing thing at your place: if someone has your digital information like you twitter account info or even your online storage device info, they can plant digital files here to make u look bad. Is it possible that in the multitude of twink videos that Austin had and i have no doubt that he likes, someone decided to plant these child porn videos. Someone who has a beef with Austin- like someone from Big Porno who wants to teach Austin a lesson for taking their profits away from them by giving porn stars platforms like my OnlyFans and later 4MyFans etc?

The original Telegram user that was arrested for viewing, possessing, and distributing child porn ratted out Mr. Austin as a fellow accomplice to the viewing, possessing and distributing additional child porn material. It was when Austin was arrested did the FBI confirm that the first party’s phone (Telegram account) and Austin’s phone (Telegram account) were sharing numerous illegal material via Telegram app.  There is no conspiracy or “out to get him” activity, simple detective work and a potential criminal defendant trying to save his arse by assisting the government in nabbing additional perverts with the hopes of getting a reduce sentence for himself. 
 

Stop defending this sick pervert and be thankful that Austin and the original criminal subject were caught before further harm to an innocent child(ren) occurred and the overall gay community is harmed by these sick perverts.

The simple detective work that you are referring to is so lousily written that it belongs to a potboiler TV show rather than a court chargesheet and is best called  'deceptive work' . A criminal who is being investigated for sex crimes claims that he sent pics to someone else as well, famous of course, and he can lead to the approximate location of the famous guy's house and also tell them exactly where the child porn is located  — and the wonderful detective just follows the clues and lo and behold the criminal is caught coz his phone pinged when the detective sent him a message. Dong! If only real life where so simple and the FB of Investigation¹ agents so angelic!

The truth is that since its inception the FB of Investigation¹ carries out extensive digital surveillance of suspects and people those it deems subversive. In of itself this isn't immoral, at least the former group that are surveilled,  coz after all it is a good thing that law enforcement stay ahead of criminals and terrorists. But where the problem begins is when the data is used not for its intended purposes but personal, political and social vendetta.  Last year for e.g. a FB of Investigation¹ agent was found to cyberstalk victims, send them messages from 79 different numbers, digitally surveille her family etc.

My question is: Why is the FB of Investigation trying to spin such a big  yarn for us, and give us  an impression that it does not do digital surveillances  and did not do so in Austin's case, and is really doing amateur detective skills to brilliantly solve cases.

The problem with amateur detective reasoning is they often confuse coincidences with causations. A lot of times things can appear to be the way they are because you are looking at them through a particular lens. Let me give you a  personal example. There are zoom rooms that started primarily during CoVID where one can join and have digital sex with other gay men. I noticed once among the sea of beautiful bears and buff men, there was a guy who almost looked underage.  I was lucky that day, that my camera was not connected to my computer or else, I could have been easily recorded by this person and it would have looked as if the other guys on this bear room including me where looking at this (possibly and likely) underage guy when the truth was that the zoom room was for bear(ish) men, majority of the guys on there who where jacking off to other muscle and beefy guys had no clue there was a (possible) underage guy in the room since if a room has 100 participants often there are 4 or 5 pages of zoom. So unless someone when looking at the last page, the guy would not have shown up on their screen!.  Thus, any "Facts" including illegal material files, recordings etc. has to be interpreted in its background and the first possible explanation is not necessarily the right or true one. 

I again repeat: I do not believe Austin is a pedophille, rapist or any such thing. I do believe Austin is attracted to younger, thin men as he himself is 6"4 tall,  muscular hunk and sometimes in life: Opposite attract.  Some gay white men seem to be extrapolating from their own philosophy of preferences and attraction to their-own-kind, I am a white guy and into other white guys, to mean it is going to be universal. Austin is not into other muscle gods, like himself, but into thinner twinks and there is nothing abnormal about it. I believe Austin is always looking for younger guys and young-guy pornography and would have come across some illegal i.e. material either in a group chat or someone sending to him. He likely did not realize such material was being saved on his pc or didn't remember to delete them and they got saved on his phone card etc. With regard to the other charge of having threesome sex with an underage guy and his adult bf, I have explained my views on it in earlier posts. A lot of guys who are so quick to believe the charges against Austin, I have noticed, have their faces hidden and need to realize they could be victims of a sexual scam as well which makes u look like a pervert/pedophille etc. 

Why has the FB of Investigation not realized information about the other guys in this case. Who was the guy who reportedly exchanged child porn with Austin? What is his age? How did he get to know Austin. Also, who is the adult bf of the 15 yr old angel who was having a threesome with Austin. I can see why the authorities  would not want to release the information about the underage guy even though I think he should be investigated, as well; but information about the other Adult should be released too so that the public can make up its mind and any other revealing information about the case that needs to come out — will. 

Sexual freedoms for all other groups: non white males, females, gays etc. is decreasing while it shows an upward journey for white heterosexual men. Both the U.S. President and the Secretary of Defense have been accused of sexual misconduct against women and nothing has come of it. However, sites like our own, BZ, are facing internet walls/blocks, reminiscent of China, Iran, Russia etc,  in many states of the US and now in UK, as well. 

Austin has likely become an easy target coz he stood up for black protestors and against racial injustice in America. Before forming an opinion on him, carefully consider both sides of the question at hand.
