I got my PA piercing7 years ago and the piercer told me that these piercings became very rare now. 

It took me some time to finally get the PA done. I wanted to have it since I was 14yo. I finally got it when I was 34yo - 20 years later. Now I could not imgaine to be without this lovely piercing anymore. I hate to not wear it, for example when cleaning it.  So I always put it back inside as fast as possible.
