Even though I am an oral-only guy, I "get" the whole rough fucking allure and fantasy/reality. But I also know guys who got into some seriously intense chem sex and ended up in ER with serious long-term damage after allowing their top to destroy their rectum and colon. It's not worth it.

Feels like there is a pretty big continuum of rough sex options that push limits and do all the right things for both parties that don't go anywhere near the "land the bottom in the ER" outcome.

I know "rough" for my power bottoms is a lot different than "rough" for my tight tops flipped as bottoms.  Both get a good rough fuck, but its within the limits of their comfort and capabilities of their holes.

So ya I can imagine if you are a baseball bat swinging top, high as a kite, and not adjusting to your bottoms abilities, you might have a ER moment.  But rough doesn't have to go this way.  At all.
