It's not like I've never looked at someone and thought he "had the look," but it's one thing to think it and another to verbalize it directly to them. If I thought it, it was usually in the context of trying to serosort with partners especially in the days when people readily rejected you when you told them you were Poz. So saying that to someone can be rather insensitive when you don't know them or their story. I would venture to guess that for a great many of us, that look is not the badge of honor that so many on here (most of whom it would seem were not even poz) feel that it is; especially as we age. More power to those though have accepted it with no issues. But those of us who have aged prematurely because of it, and those who were never allowed to age gracefully due to it, don't all find it such an awesome thing. And just to be clear, being Poz has not been as bad as I thought it was going to be. I really don;t mind it. It's really been very liberating in a great many ways. But if truth be told, "the look" and the attendant rudeness from others that often came/comes with it, is the one thing I haven't always enjoyed.
