    Yeah, in order to let the bloggers take down the images in one place and have them taken down everywhere, I hotlink images - I don't copy them to my server. Unfortunately it's a global policy - I can't change it on a case by case basis...

    You got into the bareback community at 19 (after some experimentation earlier), which is sorta what I'd like to see more of. Thing is, it seems most young guys wait a few more years to really get into the bareback community (if they do at all). How do we make sure that when a guy hits 18 he gets the pro-bareback message loud and clear? Should we alter how we do our marketing to get the message to 18 and 19 year olds more effectively? So far what I'm hearing is 1) mobile and 2) good design. BTW, because of comments on this thread (and my own personal experience not having stuff to jack off to on my iPhone), I've moved forward my plans for a mobile site. At least initially it will be completely focused on mobile users (not just regular site that's mobile friendly). HTML5 + CSS3, plus tricks to detect and adapt to whether the mobile device is in landscape or portrait mode, etc. I also am putting it on a .mobi domain in part because I could get a better domain name than I could with .com...

    I think it's fine to do it randomly. If you develop fans you probably need to be able to tell them when you'll be on next, but I'd think having a "real guy" with a day job strip for them would be hot to a lot of guys... I never did follow up with them to have them set up a site for me - been busy... But sorta related - in about a month I'll move to a new data center and be on new servers. At that point I'll add chat (including video chat) to this site. But that's different than being a cam model...

    Different guys are "ready" for sex with adults at different ages. The laws are imperfect because they need to set a single age for everyone. Plus, the common age of 18 was set decades ago before youth became so sexualized and sexually aware. So what age would you set and why would you choose the age of consent? Or would you get rid of the age of consent completely and maybe just stiffen penalties for rape when the victim is young. But isn't there some age that's always too young? Personally I don't know - all I know is the current system doesn't work very well.

    GREAT comments... Design - My boyfriend is an excellent designer but possibly busier than I am... I've been begging him for months to do design work for me. I've got some logos done, but nothing else... I really need to find a good junior designer and have my bf manage him. Any designers out there looking for work? Mobile - I know what you mean, and I've been thinking about it for a while... This site has a mobile interface via a 3rd party iPhone/Android app, but it's lacks access to the galleries, the blogs, etc - so it's hard to use it to jack off unless you jack off to stories (possible, but not so sexy). My blogs aren't mobile optimized and the videos are Flash-based, so they don't work on the iPhone... Been wanting to fix that, but it's a bit complicated. I'm working on a iPhone/iPad optimized picture gallery site. Still conceptual at this point - trying to figure out how to build it simply. And then there's the tube and chat site I want to deploy. Working out hosting details now and that will be mobile-optimized... (and I'm going to try to have HD versions of the videos available to paid members - too expensive to give away for free, and the membership price will be cheap). BTW, HTML5 video isn't quite "there" yet... There are some fundamental player issues that are still missing. Seems everyone who tries it rolls back to regular video players that degrade to something usable on mobile devices. I really like the focus on design and mobile. It makes sense and gives me something practical to work on. The guy who works for me full-time is 27 y.o. dom poz top, and one of my writers is a hot 23 y.o. jock...

    I've asked a similar question for tops in a different thread. If you're versatile just answer in terms of when you bottom... So what type of bottom are you?     I've done a similar post for bottoms, so just answer if you're a top. If you're versatile think in terms of when you top... Personally I really like getting my load into a hole that's never taken my load. I want to fuck as many guys as possible in a year, so fucking 50 guys is better to me than fucking the same guy 50 times... That said, regular fuck buds have their place - they're consistent and get the overall number of fucks and loads up in a major way.     I'm not really trying to get at how to hookup with young guys as much as how to market barebacking to them... The question is more like how do we get them to be regulars at sites like this or how do we get them to create profiles on bareback hookup sites like BBRT? It more than getting them to bareback.     From what I hear young guys (say under 21, but legal) bareback a lot, but I think for them it's more 'regular sex' than conscious barebacking - they don't seem to seek out giving/getting loads the way guys who are older seek them out. While there are always a few that seem to figure things out at a young age, it seems most guys don't really join the bareback community until their mid-20s. Maybe it takes them becoming poz before they fully embrace barebacking - I'm not sure... So, my question is sorta a marketing question... How can we get teens (legal) and twinks immersed into the bareback community more quickly? How do we get them from regular sex that's bareback into specifically seeking out loads? (preferably multiple anonymous loads)... Should we market bareback sex differently? Are there forms of marketing that are more effective for younger audiences? What things are a turn off for young guys? This is probably best answered by those of you who are young... You're more connected to the target audience...
