Great minds think alike. I thought about that a couple weeks ago and have a data model sketched out that would accommodate the concept. Though my boyfriend brought up an important point - negative ratings aren't a good idea. Only talk about the positive. So it's more about who you can trust than who you can't trust. So you'd see things like "<10% cancel rate", but not "90% no-show rate". I'm also thinking in terms of lists of "fav bottoms/tops/flip fuckers" which could be extended to "if you like this guy, then you should like these other guys…" So basically if two tops both like the same bottom (based on actual hookups), then the other bottoms liked by top A would be suggested to top B without revealing who the other tops are. I'll also be able to put badges on people's profiles like "Fav'd as bottom by 10 tops". That gets tricky though. Let's say my profile says vers top. I want people to think of me as a top, but sometimes I let guys fuck me. Some guys really get off on topping tops, so I may get fav'd as a bottom. Not sure that's something I'd want bottoms to see since I'm in top mode with them. So some of this stuff will be contextual. I'd hide the fact that a vers bottom was fav'd as a bottom to other bottoms. But yeah... We're definitely on the same page.

I've spent a bunch of time today reading up on t-shirts. I'm pretty sure I'll be going with Hanes Beefy T for the regular sizes. Chances are you have a Hanes Beefy T in your dresser - they're pretty common. It's a relatively heavy fabric - which is good in winter, but if you want a t-shirt for hot weather it may be a bit too heavy. For the "athletic fit" I'm thinking of a brand I doubt you've heard of - Next Level. It's "sized small" (it'll be tighter than other brands of the same size), and trimmer. So if you have a gut it's not a good choice. BUT it's a much thinner t-shirt than the Beefy T. So two very different options. If any of you want to change the size you want, just say so.

Back in the day the ads used to say "ISO…" for In Search Of, but that's gotten lost. I think only those of us of a certain generation would understand that. So it's hard to come up with a shirt a bottom would wear that has a rawTOP logo. Not sure "Who is rawTOP?" is strong enough to do a t-shirt of it. There has to be broad desire to make it worthwhile.

I need to know a lot more information... Namely what type of browser you're using? Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone, iPad, Android, Firefox, IE, Safari, etc... All the videos have problems or just one? How fast is your internet connection? How long do you wait for the video to start playing?

I'm having problems finding XS. The t-shirt distributor doesn't seem to carry that size. My bf is a similar size, so going to try out a fitted small on him and see how it does. Also black-on-black probably won't be visible in a dark bar, so I'll give you two t-shirts - one that's a bit more visible. Which bar?

They probably won't be ready by next week. I'm just getting started and there's a lot I need to experiment with first. In terms of reversing front/back. I could experiment with putting the biohazard over the pec and the Breeding Zone logo on the back. Not sure I want to put it down low though - that would probably just look a bit weird. If you've noticed I've taken the "rawTOP's" out of the Breeding Zone and Raunchy Fuckers logos with the last round of redesign. I'm making it less about me (personally) and more about the community. I'd love to walk into a bar and see several guys identifying as rawTOP. That's my goal - to make it so the answer to "who's rawTOP?" is "we're rawTOP", not "he's rawTOP".

I had some screens made so I can screen print t-shirts. My boyfriend has done it YEARS ago, so he's going to guide me. I'm starting with the logos for my biggest sites, and when I get the hang of that I'll branch out into other types of t-shirts. If you'd like one, keep reading to find out how to get one for free... For starters these are the logos that I'll be doing initially (click to view a larger version)... Those logos will be on the front of the t-shirt, and optionally you can ask for a small biohazard symbol or a small rawTOP logo to be on the back of the t-shirt at the top.
