Being a 24/7/365 slave is beyond that... Sure there are moments like what you describe, but it's not so much about the scene as the lifestyle. My standard is "don't lie". I don't feel poz guys need to disclose unless asked and even if asked they can evade the question - especially if they're undetectable (and hence there's no significant risk to the other person).
