    Oaxaca is amazing and the men are beautiful. There is not much issue with skin color there unless you make it. I'm very dark-skinned black American as you can see. Zero issues. But yes, not speaking Spanish will be a slight issue.

    I have a buddy who uses Imperial Hotel in East New York, Brooklyn as a cum-dump motel. The J/Z subway station is a block away. I have never been so I don't know how it is. You might want to research it first because many NYC hotels now house migrants - which may be a good thing since that attracts alot of foot traffic (possibly dl men) to the area.

    El Salvador is so beautiful. The cities in central and southern Mexico have a nice mix of culture, climate and affordability. Right now my top choice for retirement is somewhere between Oaxaca, CDMX or PVR. But most Anglo North Americans have no concept of these areas outside of mainstream media. I've stopped trying to convince my gay friends here in the NYC area to visit Mexico City as its AWESOME! Even the ones who are fluent spanish speakers won't visit. But yes, the community there is WAY more active and hot!

    Woodside Motel is seedy. Flushing Motel is too but with better access to the subway. I've bred cumdumps in both. I would prefer Flushing Motel as its a true hourly motel. Woodside Motel attracts gen-pop tourists also.

    Covid then monkey pox took its toll on the NYC gay sex scene. Until recently - 2023 - ESC required proof of vaccine for entry and some sex parties required proof of monkey pox vax. Paddles required both plus boosters for entry. I predicted it would close. And it did. The building got sold.

    I enjoyed the seediness of Man's Country with the those dimly lit hallways, dark room and those specialty rooms. Fort Lauderdale is tied with Providence, Rhode Island for the East Coast city with the most bathhouses with two each now that Philadelphia will have less Brotherly Love. But soon Providence will take the title as the premier bathhouse city - who could have guessed that? FLL-Clubhouse II is on its last leg. On my last visit the roof was leaking, showers were inoperable, glory holes removed and the jacuzzi had not been cleaned. The dry sauna was also OOO. There were about seven or eight guys stirring about on a prime time weekend night. Otherwise 321 Slammer was packed.

    Could we add inflation to the list? I paid close to $50 bucks to get a locker at Club FLL on a holiday weekend. The younger generation won't pay that when you could get three months of ad-free Grindr for $39. Grindr did to bathhouses what Netflix did to DVDs. Which brings me to my point of could bathhouses do a subscription service model to attract new patrons?

    Northern Sauna in Queens closed when the lockdown was announced in March of 2020. I was there days and the night before it shutdown. I remember it distinctly. The bathhouse was totally empty with everyone fearing Covid.
