    I was actually surprised when I learned guys meant 'face to face' when saying "missionary". I always equated 'missionary' in straight sex as meaning 'boring'.     Read up about dosing requirements for on-demand PrEP or ask your doctor. You need to follow the instructions. I take daily pills and have done consistently for several years. For me the initial side effects were quite bad (especially some intense headaches, strangely stinky poo and weird dreams). Once they settled down I was reluctant to go off the pills, as I was told I'd likely suffer the side effects again each time I restarted taking the medication.
