Hey! I'm the one that wrote that workout. I'm glad someone is getting use out of it! More poppers is essential, absolutely. And make sure you're using plenty of lube! For your depth plan with the Deep Space, I'll just share my experience. I started with the 90, and it was too big. So I downsized to the 80. After I had that in for a while, I was able to get the 90 in with some effort. Once the 90 became my norm, I would open up with it, sitting on it for 30 minutes, and THEN I would put the 80 in and grind on it like a greedy whore. Heaven. So, I share this to say, once you can comfortable hold the 80 for a little minute, then put the 70 in and go to town. And of course size up to the 90 when you're ready. And for grip day, Topped does sell a plug called The Grip for exactly this part. You can get other versions that are smaller if you need.
