In the case of this movie, I've long felt that it was inappropriate, I mean, it basically combines sex with violence, and from what I saw in some of the previews, some of these tops (real beefy macho cowboy types) were fucking the bottoms with condoms before "shooting" them or "hanging" them....now, realistically speaking (and I have no intention of doing this IRL mind you) if I'm gonna take someones life after I fuck them or what not, am I *really* going to worry about a condom?
