  1. I've always liked that saying. It's like the German equivalent of Joan Jett saying "I don't give a fuck 'bout my bad reputation."
  2. Interesting discussion. I'm not a bug chaser in any way yet I bareback (top). People do dangerous things because they are fun and sometimes because they are dangerous. However, I think the people that do dangerous things in hope of getting burned are fairly few - but they definitely exist.
  3. I have long suspected also that there a lot fewer bug chasers in real life than there are on here. However, I'm even just talking about good old fashioned "take the risk" barebacking. I know from experience that it does go on. I'm just surprised that so many guys put "safe only" in their profile when they aren't.
  4. So, a question: I've noticed that a good number of members of this forum will talk in threads about the number of loads they've taken, how many guys they've bred recently, etc. When you look up their profile on Adam4Adam or other places, it says "safe sex only". Now, I have several theories, but I'm curious what everyone else thinks? A) They are BS'ing on here and really do have 'safe sex' only (which is fine, just kind of interesting). They don't have safe sex, but think that putting that in their profile on Adam will get them more responses (which is also fine, but I suppose a bit of false advertising). My profile on Adam leaves that part blank (since I've had and will likely continue to have both raw and non-raw sex). For those of you who do mostly bareback but don't list that other places, why? I'm really just curious here, not judgmental.
  5. OK, I can totally understand the desire to close an account somewhere. While I appreciate RawTop's reasons for not allowing that feature, I would probably handle things differently. But hey, it's his forum. As others have pointed out, you can make your profile fairly generic (remove pictures, avatars, etc). What I don't understand is the need to make the profile inaccessible to oneself. If you don't want to go on the site, just don't. If that's an insurmountable challenge, then you have an addiction problem that may need to be addressed in other ways.
  6. Hmm. Now that it was mentioned, you're right about HPV tests for men. I wonder what I was thinking. I went back to look at my last results (the comprehensive panel from Any Lab Test Now) and I was positive for HSV-1 not HPV. Also, not so surprising.
  7. According to the CDC virtually all sexually active adults will contract HPV at one point in their lives. It sounds to me like what you have is most likely a swollen sebaceous gland/sebaceous cyst. If it turns out not to be HPV and you're still under 21, get the vaccine. It's now recommended for young men. At my last STD checkup I tested negative for everything but HPV. Never had any symptoms but I assume as long as I stay sexually active, I'll likely be a carrier. Yes it can cause cancer but given that there are about 80 million infected in the US and about 1500 cases of penile cancer every year, it's a fairly small risk.
  8. From what I can gather from the comments he replied to, he knew that the condom broke or was at least fairly certain at the time. That would've given him a chance to try PEP, but now that's clearly a moot point.
  9. You know, even an ingrown hair could benefit from some medical attention, depending on whether it's infected or not. It's not inconceivable to get a staph infection on your penis. While syphilis, as was pointed out, is much more easily curable when caught early, the same is double true for something like MRSA. It's not sexually transmitted, but it wouldn't be hard to pick it up sexually either. Go see a doctor. I know it's embarrassing, but it really isn't for the doctor. In my experience, most doctors treat these sort of things with a fairly good bedside manner. Just go and get your worries alleviated.
  10. Additionally, a good number of states don't have anti-discrimination laws on the book. So, for example, if you're not out at work and your gay porn work becomes know to the company, they can fire you simply for being gay if you're an "at-will" employee.
  11. I need to know where that rest stop is. :-)
  12. I don't quite understand people that both want to be on PrEP and then don't take the pills regularly. Rawtop pointed out something important "When you're healthy it just doesn't seem important to take meds I guess." There are a lot of conditions that require long-term treatment but if you cease taking your drugs they don't immediately make you feel sick. High blood pressure is a good example. Taking BP medication can keep you healthy but not taking it (depending on the type) may not immediately have any obvious negative effect as high BP is often without any symptoms. "Compliance" as doctors call it can be pretty bad even for otherwise life threatening conditions (such as people not taking their antibiotics once the symptoms subside and getting a resistant strain).
  13. Great pics, man!

  14. Love your avatar pic.

  15. I know not everyone feels this way, but I couldn't agree more. I don't want a uninterested, limp-dicked hole to fuck. If I wanted that, I'd just use a Fleshlight. A bottom that gets and stays hard while I fuck him, maybe even cums from getting fucked is so much better. I like the feedback, the human contact. Then again, as far as guys in this forum go, I'm touchy-feely. I have no problems giving a reach-around or, even better, have the bottom sit on my cock facing me so he can cum on me while I cum in him. Sex, for me, is about human to human contact, not top to more-or-less inanimate object contact.
  16. You've probably read the official CDC FAQ on Hepatitis C (http://www.cdc.gov/hepatitis/c/cfaq.htm#) - but the current best thought is that while it's possible, it's likely a low chance of acquiring it from sexual relations: Can Hepatitis C be spread through sexual contact? Yes, but the risk of transmission from sexual contact is believed to be low. The risk increases for those who have multiple sex partners, have a sexually transmitted disease, engage in rough sex, or are infected with HIV. More research is needed to better understand how and when Hepatitis C can be spread through sexual contact. Not a very satisfying answer, for sure, but that's the state of the science on it.
  17. Would part of this discussion change if we were talking about another disease? There is a lot of emotional baggage associate with HIV, not to mention the chaser/gifter culture that gets talked about on this forum a lot. Should you have to disclose if you have (and know you have) Hepatitis C? Just curious if people's opinions would be different.
  18. Love the piss slit - feels so good on my tongue!
  19. Obviously there are a number of drugs, both legal and illegal, that are known to affect erectile function as a whole. It might be "cheating" but that would be one potential solution. I suppose standard behavior therapy would also work, i.e. associating an erection with an unpleasant sensation, whatever that might be for you (pain, scolding from your partner, etc.). I personally enjoy fucking a guy who stays hard throughout, but to each his own.
  20. Your chances are not non-exeistent, but fairly small. Then again, just get tested. There are ways to do it anonymously (at home tests).
  21. I think he was probably talking about the virus's genome, as in its generic makeup: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Structure_and_genome_of_HIV
  22. It's possible to mitigate risk. Even a condom is only 85% effective. So, it's all about the level at which you feel "safe".
  23. I totally agree with most of the guys on here. I don't need the "evidence" of cumming. In order of preference here is what I like to see at the moment of orgasm: 1) The top's cock contracting and pulsating as he fills the bottoms hole, 2) the tops face as he experiences the best moment of bliss there is, seeding, or 3) the bottom's face as he realizes he's just been bred - sometimes the hunger in a bottom's face is a big turn on. Afterwards, just show us the cock's cock slipping out of the cum-lubed hole and whatever the aftermath (cum leaking out, bottom cleaning the cock with his mouth, etc). My main problem is that I know how frustrating it must be for the top to take out his cock at the moment of cumming. I mean that's when it's most sensitive and when the feeling is the strongest. Who'd want to pull out then - it just seems awful.
  24. Your profile sounds extremely HOT!

  25. Have you been put on antiviral therapy by your doctor (Zovirax, Valtrex, etc.)?
