Legally, sex becomes sexual assault or rape as soon as you withdraw consent and the other party doesn't stop. However, if you have a pre-arranged "rape scenario" and, say, the other guy doesn't stop after you say the safe word, it gets iffy. It'd be interesting to see how the prosecution would pursue a case where a "rape" was planned and then got out of hand. You can consent to sex, even rough, uninhibited rape-like sex, but you cannot consent to *everything*, e.g. you cannot consent to be murdered. If you arrange a rape scenario, be sure to have a safe word, even if that might make it slightly less hot.

I'm curious how many total and exclusive tops out there are poz? I know the risk is much lower, but it's not zero, right? I'm a total top (not because of the risk profile, it's just what I am) but I know I'm not 100% risk free. I'm curious to hear from other total tops (neg and poz) and what their thoughts on this subject are. Are you a (BB) top only because of the lower risk? Did you become poz from topping? Look, every time you have sex you take some risk. YOU are responsible for your health, not the other guy. Yes, lying about your status may be a crime in your jurisdiction, but do you know how many guys *think* they are HIV negative and aren't? Even if you'd have shown up there with an OraQuick 15-minute HIV test, you could not really be *sure* that he hadn't gotten infected in the last few months. Short of locking a guy in a room for three months and then testing him, you can never be sure. So, if you want to minimize your risk, use a condom. You practiced "insertive" anal sex without a condom. This is a high-risk behavior, though decidedly less so than receptive. Chances are, you weren't infected. Chances are also, he's not the first poz guy you fucked and just didn't know it. It's too late now for post-exposure prophylaxis, but I recommend you get tested in three months and then breathe a big sigh of relief and forget about this guy. Lying about your status is a jerk move and would piss me off as well, but you are old enough to realize people lie to get what they want.

I wonder if it is because I *didn't* get any when I was young that I am not very attracted to the boy/dad thing? I know a lot of guys say they started young, maybe even with their real fathers, brothers, etc. and that's why they are now into it. I never had any sexual encounter with a guy until college. Now I'm 39 and would LOVE a boy (legal age) who really likes to please his dad. I have been with younger guys, of course, but most of them just didn't care either way about the other guy's age. What I want is for the boy to actually *want* his daddy to be older, bigger, etc. Does any of that make sense?
