The importance of a keeping a clean hole

In my youth, when I was living in San Diego, it was a coin flip. Now that I am older, the hole has to be clean, no if's and or buts. When I bottom, I make sure that I am cleaned out. And as I am getting into fisting, I am even more intent on such. Not scene shamming, however, there are reasons for both. As a bottom, I clean out cause after a top is done fucking me, as the bottom/sub, to thank the top, one should suck the tops cock clean. And it would be awfully awkward if the cock is filthy. Not to mention that some dom/tops would force the issue, so not a good thing. As a top, one if it is dirty, play is over. For me it depends on the color and what the guy has been drinking. While I do enjoy drinking from the tap and getting wet, the one that I do not like is if the person has been drinking coffee. It gets a bit too much and hard for me to take.

Now I am an older person, gay male. The question posed is one that one person can not answer. For some sex is important, for others it is not. We must all decide for ourselves what is and is not important in our lives to be happy. I have lived the life of both a whore and a monk at different points in my life. I agree with BootmanLA, the symptoms that you are describing can cover a whole range of things. Are you allergic to anything? Or say your clothing was not rinsed all of the way through and some of the soap is just sitting on your skin all day long, mixing with the sweat from your body. So you need to go and talk to your Doctor. Ask them to do a full STI panel to check for all STI's that are out there. While as a top it is rare that you can contract HIV with the percentages being very low, however the others you can catch, like say syph.
