It's hard to articulate because I don't really think of it in terms of risk at all. I can break it down however. I don't like being around people for long periods and then all of a sudden I need connection. So short term hook ups suit me. Anon or regular is fine but once the sex is done I am happy to be by myself again. Bareback is just better. I have survived a few things/situations where, statistically, I shouldn't and although I don't believe I am indestructible, that has given me a "carefree" attitude to things because this trip can be all over too easily. What everyone else has said here and this, one of the most common bacterial infections from this type of play is shigella. How long is too long? Ultimately it all comes down to how you feel at the time, both of you that is. As has been said above as long as the session is kept interesting it could be amazing. Have you ever kept a plug in for an extended period? Not the same as a long fuck but it will give you an idea of what your hole can take. Also lube is your friend, especially over a long time.
