Agreed. We have ownership of our own health, so we need to take the steps to take care of it without abdicating our responsibility to someone else. Be up front with him. If he ends up asking you for money, and based on what you've said that doesn't seem as likely, tell him you love the sex you're having but that you're not in a position to pay him. In general I agree, but I've had a couple of experiences with straight tops who won't look at me or will barely touch me, just my hole around their dick. They were, frankly, dud fucks.
