Anyone have a thing for scaffolders?

This brings back memories of a few years ago. Not a scaffolder as such, but a young construction worker - hard hat, hi viz jacket, the lot - who was working at Euston Station. Our eyes met. We knew. And we wandered off to find somewhere to act on it. It was brief, but immensely satisfying… -

I’ve heard NordVPN is very good. I use Surfshark which I find excellent. You can put it on numerous devices, which works out economically. -
This is so true. I can’t imagine not having one when connecting to public WiFi.

VPNs are the answer, I think. At least until they, too, are banned. And that was raised as a possibility by members of our present government when they were in opposition.

Yes. I’ve heard some horror stories. Being “knobbed and robbed” was quite common in Manchester. I guess I was lucky.

It’s a town in the north of England. Many find it vulgar, and common, with no class whatsoever and sleazy with a capital S. Personally, I love it for its sheer unashamed tawdriness. There’s nowhere quite like Blackpool. I think the hotel the OP stayed at was the notorious Trades, which has been a sex hotel for decades. I first stayed there in the 90s and that place was wild. The last time I stayed there, I felt it had definitely passed its peak, particularly as there’s now a much better hotel round the corner (the Prince Albert). Maybe it’s picked up again - I haven’t been there since the pandemic.

I agree. As I get older, I’m always pleasantly surprised to be hit on by guys much younger than myself. I do try to keep in shape as much as I can by working out regularly, though, and maybe that’s the trick?
