You can sometimes make them work by keeping at it. I can't guarantee this will work for you, but......I used to have a fuck buddy, a hot surfer boy in San Francisco when I lived there. I didn't realize it until MUCH later but the reason I think I'm particularly attracted to short hairy men is a gym teacher in HS in the 1970s. Bottoming was very very complicated for me as a young adult. I was abused as a kid (12-15). My abuser was not gentle or skilled. He didn't take my pleasure into account and didn't use much lube. Hence, I did NOT like being fucked, even though I would sometimes let men fuck me when I started cruising ABS around 16 and going home with people. I gritted it but did not enjoy it. Have you thought about going to a bar with a wingman? When I was younger I used to go to bars alone because I had pretty bad social anxiety (which later was reduced) and often found it easier to cruise at ABS where people were far more direct and slutty. Later on when I made more friends, I found it easier to go to bars with other people. Then I wasn't always that kid (this was in college) standing alone int he corner, awkwardly nursing a drink. Anyway, that worked for me when I was around 20.

You can be completely naked, BUT.....you may not want to be. The weather can be unpredictable. It can be hot or it can be cool. Weather in SF is always a crapshoot but that time of year is the warmest. I would advise having some clothing available in a backpack (maybe stashed in a rental car that's parked nearby?) in case it suddenly gets foggy and the temperature drops 15 degrees. Believe me this DOES happen at Folsom sometimes. Be prepared and you'll have a great time. I lived there for 20 years and some years it dropped to 60 degrees toward the end of the afternoon and there were some UNHAPPY naked people.
