    What about treating it prophylactically (or after the fact) with massive amounts of garlic (so a partial naturopathic approach) ? Of course serious illness cannot be overcome necessarily using just naturopathic medicine but very large doses of garlic have often proven invaluable for me when confronted with diarrhea.

    On the top and the bottom floor at GI Joe, the two main bathrooms have a deep trough that appear to be set up for douching (I don't remember about the other bathroom locations on the other floors, except the bathroom off the video room on the second floor does not have this). I used them both many times to fill up my ass injectable douch syringe. Probably you can attach a hose to at least one of the two spigots on the troughs.

    I'll be in Holland for a few days, then back to Berlin on the 4th through the 7th for the BioHazardMens party, then to Cologne for Stosszeit then back to Berlin for the afternoon/evening of the 9th. I plan on getting a Gay place but all the party places appear to be unavailable now (except the Axel Hotel at > $240/night now). From the 4th on I'll also try cruising in the Tiergarden area and of course Boiler Sauna and hopefully Tom's Bar.

    I am not a local but I lived in Sopron and fucked in Vienna on the weekends the summer of 2018. Römersauna during that summer was consistently sort of slow Saturday -> Sunday except for this relatively small group of bottoms getting very publicly fucked by a single tireless top (who fucked me deliciously for a long time in the sling one day when he wasn't in one of his bottoms holes). The dark room in Kaiserbründl always held promise. I never saw it packed though. Glad to hear that New Years was the day to go. March in Vienna will be cold and possibly rainy. However Western and Central Europe is experiencing a heat wave relative to historic temperatures. It's 4 C right now at 1243 hrs - not as cold as it should be but not summer shorts weather either.

    Kaiserbründl and Römersauna are pretty good. However when I went to Römersauna pretty much fucking was dominated by a handful of the same people (not necessarily bad - but they tended to form a smallish fuck group with one dominant top who was always fucking when he was there). Römersauna is open all weekend from Friday 11 am - midnight Sunday (and 11-midnight all other days). Kaiserbründl is a kind of fantasy sauna in a way. I didn't see much serious fucking there but it can happen.

    Generally true. I lived in DC most of my adult live. I had an ex who was a member of the LCR and was invited to a couple of LCR social events (mostly because the Dean Emeritus of the LCR group in DC suggested to my ex that I be invited). In DC most of members of the local LCR group are self-hating because they are Catholic or ex-Catholic men who are also traditionally religious (so not necessarily deeply religious, although they can be, but especially adhere to old Catholic theology for the most part). Then at some point most of them fell in love with libertarianism vis a vis Ayn Rand, although their libertarianism isn't very social libertarian with respect to themselves (so while they appear to be sexually liberated, they are mentally chained to "sin" for the most part). They can handle conservative economics and conservative society but because of their religious orientation they tend to not accept themselves as sexual individuals. They also are incapable to criticizing the R party at almost any time for almost any reason (LCR's who criticize the R Party have historically been ousted). At one gathering an openly Gay member of the CATO Institute gently pointed out some of these shortcomings.

    It's held in at least two different venues in Berlin. I've only been once and it was at Connection Club in Fuggerstrasse. AND - they just added the parties for 2023!!! Tickets are available now (yaaaa)! The Easter Party is on April 7. Can't wait.     Amazingly I've never had gonorrhea before - until this round of std testing. Most likely this happened at my 2 day stay at Pig Week (but possibly not - so possibly at Cumunion in Philadelphia in November). In this case I have rectal gonorrhea but not in the throat. But usually I'll suck a dick that's cum in my ass so I'm trying to think of a situation that didn't include that. I'll read through all the gonorrhea threads for background. Obviously the only solution for 100% protection is not to bareback, which is a non-starter. My health-care provider gave me ceftriaxone, instructed no sex for 7 days but apparently I need to get retested afterwards, so really no sex for a longer period. I saw the thread on a form of Pep (post-exposure), DoxyPep, that had some efficacy against gonorrhea. But apparently this is only available for the most part in Mexico and some locales in the USA. Can one go to Mexico, buy DoxyPep and then just bring it back to the US? This turn of events has me concerned because my health-care provider will only test me every three months (!!!! - far too long for a cumdump) although my doctor told me that I could in fact schedule testing every month. Secondly in the last year I also had rectal chlamydia (maybe from the Biohazard Men party in Berlin but maybe from another event). Prior to these two incidents within the past year I had only 1 known std right after coming out (now a long time ago). Anyway, more info on Pep for std's would be appreciated. Also sites that have current/real-time data on Gay/mansex std incidents reported geographically would be helpful.

    No but that is not unusual for DC. There is parking around the Logan Circle area but when I lived in DC and also drove this was always a problem. I ditched my car less than a year into living in DC btw. Cars are a liability there.
