    There's not really good parking in that part of Philadelphia. Center City is quite compact. There is an app called SpotHero that you can use to book a parking space.     There are lots of Gay venues in Amsterdam although unfortunately less than there were in the 80's (for example, Reguliersdwarsstraat used to have lots more bars/clubs/LGBTQ dance clubs).     What kind of public transportation does LA have? Looking into AirBnB - are there any areas that are isolated from whatever public transportation exists? How expensive is Uber (for comparison I have only lived in cities that are compact, the largest being NYC but really Manhattan)?     Mpox appears to be resurging (slightly) although symptoms also appear to be attenuated in those vaccinated. The issue is that the resurgence is being seen in those previously vaccinated and in one case of a person who already had mpox and recovered.     My liver enzymes spiked just before I left for the last BioHazardMens Party in Berlin. My doctor actually said that my liver enzymes had gone up "slightly" (no they hadn't, they had gone off the charts). I had no obvious reaction to this issue (never felt ill, etc.). I specifically asked why I couldn't just switch to Descovy and he said the liver issue can occur with Descovy as well. My general issue with doctors are that they often hide the truth from their patients or oversimplify the issues. European doctors tend to do this less in my experience *BUT* I've also had many fewer interactions with European doctors than with American doctors.

    Thanks for the info. Just prior to traveling to Berlin for the BiohazardMen party (April, 2023) my AST:ALT ratio went off the charts. My doctor actually said (in email) that my "liver enzymes were slightly elevated"! Actually, no they were NOT slightly elevated - the ratio had skyrocketed. He wanted me to stop Truvada - I told him that this is a really bad time. Unfortunately he got really upset ... Started taking milk thistle. However after this trip I will have to get off Truvada. Are liver problems indicated with other forms of PrEP?

    Well, I just came from 2 hrs at Bull Bar where I struck completely out - wearing a blue jock strap, white running shirt around my neck. A younger couple from France also had some trouble getting fucked. While I am in my 50s I am pretty fit. There was one guy who did try to fuck me, but he was soft so he didn't get on my hole. No idea what the problem was. I had trouble getting fucked there last year too. Did get fucked earlier at Boiler (once, yesterday too, only once). Many of the bottom at Bull Bar are aggressive and grab the dicks of guys they think are tops (got mine grabbed lots). I'll try again after the BiohazardMen party tonight.

    What about treating it prophylactically (or after the fact) with massive amounts of garlic (so a partial naturopathic approach) ? Of course serious illness cannot be overcome necessarily using just naturopathic medicine but very large doses of garlic have often proven invaluable for me when confronted with diarrhea.

    Even Boiler Sauna in Berlin only has two dedicated douching rooms. Pretty much no one has this properly covered.

    On the top and the bottom floor at GI Joe, the two main bathrooms have a deep trough that appear to be set up for douching (I don't remember about the other bathroom locations on the other floors, except the bathroom off the video room on the second floor does not have this). I used them both many times to fill up my ass injectable douch syringe. Probably you can attach a hose to at least one of the two spigots on the troughs.

    I'll be in Holland for a few days, then back to Berlin on the 4th through the 7th for the BioHazardMens party, then to Cologne for Stosszeit then back to Berlin for the afternoon/evening of the 9th. I plan on getting a Gay place but all the party places appear to be unavailable now (except the Axel Hotel at > $240/night now). From the 4th on I'll also try cruising in the Tiergarden area and of course Boiler Sauna and hopefully Tom's Bar.

    I am not a local but I lived in Sopron and fucked in Vienna on the weekends the summer of 2018. Römersauna during that summer was consistently sort of slow Saturday -> Sunday except for this relatively small group of bottoms getting very publicly fucked by a single tireless top (who fucked me deliciously for a long time in the sling one day when he wasn't in one of his bottoms holes). The dark room in Kaiserbründl always held promise. I never saw it packed though. Glad to hear that New Years was the day to go. March in Vienna will be cold and possibly rainy. However Western and Central Europe is experiencing a heat wave relative to historic temperatures. It's 4 C right now at 1243 hrs - not as cold as it should be but not summer shorts weather either.
