I've used 'Bodyguard Men's Gl8972 Nitrile Disposable Gloves'. There's a very slight texture on just the fingertips, but you can barely feel it with your fingertips and once lube is on top it's impossible to tell. I've got the Mr S Leather VAC-U-LOCK Leather Harness. It wasn't cheap but tops that have worn it with my larger toys say it's comfortable to wear and very adjustable. The only issue is that it's pretty much only for vac-u-lock compatible toys. But most of the larger ones come ready for that now anyway.
