For $10 you can buy a small tripod to hold your cell phone so you can turn it sideways and get a full screen shot plus you can set it at a good angle to get some context for your shot. Play with where to sit it so that you know where to be positioned so not to get faces. Its not that hard to do as long you don't move around alot.
