C10H15N Posted December 21, 2015 Report Posted December 21, 2015 Like I tell the youngsters that hit me up online, I'll fuck you for your 18th birthday, but not a moment sooner. 2
bbzh Posted December 21, 2015 Report Posted December 21, 2015 I don't seek or condone sex with minors under any circumstances. However, many people who will judge Mercer could EASILY get caught up in the same situation. I would be willing to bet that those 15 year olds looked older than 15 and were likely not virgins. I'm not making excuses, but just pointing out that plenty of guys have fucked underage holes (sometimes unknowingly). There is a guy in my neighborhood right now that is saying he is 18 and wants to breed me. What if he is lying? A couple of years ago, I did let a guy who said he was 19 breed me. Trust me, I was not first sexual experience. He was more mature than guys 10 years his senior. He knew exactly what he was doing and what he wanted. 2
fuckrogerbb Posted December 21, 2015 Report Posted December 21, 2015 I got into a bad situation some time back. I was on an online greet and meet site and I got an e-mail from a young man who wanted to get together and have me fuck him. His profile said he was 18 and his picture certainly looked like he was 18. We chatted a bit back and forth and I could tell his use of language was a bit immature. I thought it might be from growing up in a small town. He said he had met up with a man before me who fucked him in his car bareback. He said it hurt, but he obviously wanted more. I agreed to pick him up at a small town park where he lived and set the date and time. I was there, but he wasn't. I figured he chickened out. A few weeks later I received an e-mail from his Father telling me he was 15 and should stay away from him. I didn't respond back. Bullet dodged! 2
bottombottoy Posted December 22, 2015 Report Posted December 22, 2015 Can some one answer a question for me? If you are a person with HIV why would you not say anything? I know it takes a willing bottom and providing top to make a pozitive out cum but is there no respect for a bottom? The same responsibility befalls to a bottom to say something as well out of respect for the top. I never could understand why its not advertised before penetration.
BiAggieGuy Posted December 22, 2015 Report Posted December 22, 2015 His HIV status likely was a minor consideration. Fucking underage people and then making a video of it is more than enough for a judge to throw the book at someone. A guy in my town got 50 years for the same thing except for the HIV. He fucked several teenage boys and took videos of it. I would not be surprised if some or all of the boys are still hooking up with guys, although they're all over 18 by now. As fuckrogerbb noted, one has to be careful. I've had a few guys over the years hit me up on various sites and from their pictures and way they talked, it just seemed like they were not 18. I simply declined because no fuck is worth the risk, even though they were all sexy boys who I so badly wanted to breed. Sure, I think the age of consent should be lower, but right now, it isn't so no reason to violate the law. If I met up with someone and it felt wrong, I'd probably end it right there, even if I had messages where they said they were 18 or older. That is no protection in this day and age from the law. Can some one answer a question for me? If you are a person with HIV why would you not say anything? I know it takes a willing bottom and providing top to make a pozitive out cum but is there no respect for a bottom? The same responsibility befalls to a bottom to say something as well out of respect for the top. I never could understand why its not advertised before penetration. Some people get off on trying to poz others. Don't ask me to explain why though. Me, I'd always be upfront and honest. I've always loathed liars, guess it was just how I was raised.
seaguy Posted December 23, 2015 Report Posted December 23, 2015 In my state WA anyone under the age of 16 is jail bate so if that is the law in GA then he should have known. And not disclosing to minors even if he was undetectable just makes the situation worse in the eyes of the law. Then he took pics and sent them to others that could be considered distributing child porn in many states. So this guy let his dick do the talking and thinking and he is paying the price, albeit too big a price I believe. 30 yrs is too long maybe half that.
bottombottoy Posted December 25, 2015 Report Posted December 25, 2015 (edited) 30 maybe harsh even some murderers and most rapist don't ever see 30 years. Edited December 25, 2015 by bottombottoy
Moderators drscorpio Posted December 25, 2015 Moderators Report Posted December 25, 2015 That's child porn laws. An acquaintance of mine was busted with a handful of underage pics on a floppy disk in the mid 1990s. His lawyer told him that he would do his best, but he would have had an easier time getting him off if he had actually raped and killed a child than getting caught with those pics. And this was before they made the laws tougher.
RenzzoRenne Posted January 6, 2016 Report Posted January 6, 2016 I dont like minors at all, even when a see some teen in a bathroom, I prefer go out, and dont go to places who recieves minors. 1
Cumfilledbottomboi Posted January 8, 2016 Report Posted January 8, 2016 Don't forget a lot of times in cases like this, the parents use the statutory laws because they don't like that their sons may be "homos." Even without the HIV or video stuff, that can bappen 1
MackyJay Posted January 8, 2016 Report Posted January 8, 2016 I had a deal once like fuckrogerbb only mine was text messages on my phone. Texted back and forth as the guy had first hit on me from, I think A4A. We were saying pretty heavy things for about a week, when I got a phone call from his number. It was his dad saying the guy was not of age but only 16 and I was to never call him or text him again or I would be arrested. I thanked him for calling which kind of put him off a bit. I told him him son had hit on me from the site and told him the name and age, which was listed as 25. Father apparently was sitting at computer and a minute or so later said, Oh, hell, I am sorry but definitely know he is only 16 and do not call or text again. I assured him I would not and that I only talk and play with guys who are of legal age only. Got to watch out as I have seen some guys and yes, some girls, even that sure look of age and then find out they are well under. I almost hit on a guy, until warned by someone else who was in our group conversation and recognized him, that he looked way older and was really only 13. He was immediately banned from all of us.

Cumfilledbottomboi Posted January 9, 2016 Report Posted January 9, 2016 Even with a lower age of consent, dealing with someone who is not a legal adult can leave you open to charges other than statutory. Of course. I merely meant that sometimes a parent finds out and Seeks charges because they can't come to grips with their children's sexuality more than some sexual predator reasoning.
bbinbpark Posted January 10, 2016 Report Posted January 10, 2016 I never got the allure that some guys have of younger guys, even those that are in their 20's I think are too young for me. That being said, when I was 20 I did hookup with a guy that was 17 about to turn 18, stupid thing to do at the time but I don't think we broke any laws. Wasn't as easy to look up then as it is now. These stories are part of the reason I avoid most 20 somethings. I do think there is something to be said about younger kids lying so they can have sex with adults. The problem is unless you have a screenshot of the conversation and/or profile how can you protect yourself if something came of it.
