Ive trimmed on occasion, but most guys ive dealt with like a more natural feeling ass with a bit of hair. But I do try to keep the skin around the hole soft with vaseline or lotion to keep everything moisturized. For obvious reasons dark skin and bleaching isnt a problem for me.

I use an epilator to remove any extraneous hair (I'm a smooth bottom). After a really hard, long fuck session I use Preparation H ointment to prevent any hemorrhoids.
