Yes it can be very deadly if left untreated. Was checked and was syph free as of 3 months ago and have never had it. Even with the STD's I have I have somehow never gotten gono and am hep c free on last check. Had chlamydia once. From talking to the guys I know who are Poz and either detectable or undetectable, almost all indicated that getting pozzed made them even hornier. How the dealt with it was a different matter.
