OK,  PM me and we can sort things out.  Off the top of my head, there's about 3 airlines that go from London to Athens with about 4 flights a day each.  Look for one that get's in early morning if you can.  Takes about 1 hour to get from the Airport to the port at Piraeus by the X96 Bus that you get at the far end of the Airport.  Cost about 6 Euro.  Once at the port goto gate E7, The boat should cost about 9 Euro.  I have a car and can meet you at the port here.
