I'm interested in hearing fellow non white (Black, Asian, Latino etc) bottoms on your experience with the community. I feel like this community is heavily focused for men of color being the 'thugs' and tops - with the unhealthy obsessions of bottoms (mainly white) reducing them to BBC and all the other racial stereotypes coded in a language that shows 'inclusion'. On the flip side, however, non white bottoms are almost never heard of, it's always the white bottoms with pinky white pussy that you see in porn and social media. There are stereotypes/niches that Asian bottoms particularly may play but they are by far still secondary to white bottoms in terms of interest and attention from tops - both white and non white tops. 

This discussion isn't just about hearing the experience though, anyone should feel free to discuss anything related. This also isn't a call out to white people (maybe white bottoms) since I've noticed non white tops also engage in the exclusion non white bottoms anyway so there's no point singling white people out here.

Unfortunately, fetishizing "BBC" can be considered a form of racism. Black men who happen to have big penises are not fetishes.  They are human beings.  You don't have to understand the harm in those words, you just have to accept and grow as a person.

Some black men may not care.  But, many do.

There is a lot of discussion about that on many other sites.  Do a web search on "Is BBC a fetish".  It can be eye-opening and educational.

People have different ways of "growing as a person". I think that the best way to grow as a person is to learn how to stop being offended by things other people say, simply because one cannot control that. One can only control our reaction and feelings to what people say. Will Smith, for instance, is in my opinion someone who need to grow as a person.

Not replying to the OP cause I don’t know him personally, but I’m going g to throw in my two cents and speak generally.

When I hear non black peoples use the term “People of color,” that usually means white people aren’t giving me what I want socially, sexually, etc. and I want black people to co-sign. Then as soon as you get what you, you’re no longer a person of color, you’re Italian, Latino, Asian, etc (BTW it’s disingenuous to use POC but classify yourself as white on your ID but I digress).

I'm a verse white guy that has topped and bottomed for all races and many different ethnicities. I have topped pretty much every stereotypical top and bottomed for most of the stereotypical bottoms . Aren't Asians generally stereotyped as bottoms more than tops?

I’m a white btm. I tend to be more attracted to people of color across the board.  I’ve struggled to determine whether my attraction stems from:

-Fetishizing the features that are different from my own

-Appreciating the dichotomy between appearances

-There are truly features about white guys I find less attractive

I've talked on here before about being uncomfortable with being objectified by white guys because I'm Latino. Unfortunately, there's a lot of truths to your comment. I straddle the line of race for being mixed (with 0% white in me) but I do notice Asians and Latinos have hugely internalized white supremacy. POC is simply an identity adopted when necessary/advantageous and as you said, they'll shy away from it when they get what they want.

But when speaking about sex, I can only speak to my lived experience though; non-white tops engage in exclusion of their fellow non-white bottoms. Not necessarily complete exclusion but if given the choice, they will choose white bottoms over their own kind. Sure, many non-white bottoms do this too, in fact, it's literally a trope now and even exist in bb community in the form of raceplay. It's definitely problematic, I will not argue that. But the core of my post is to highlight the former (which isn't talked about as much) which also feeds into the non existent 'bottoms of color' despite there being lots of us in the community, whether that be a Black, Asian, Latino, any POC bottoms.

Judging from the responses here, it also seems that people are quick to chime in about how they don't care about the dick or the person --> which is all fine, good for you to not see colors but look at the post again, this is about BOTTOMS of color. I think I've already established in my post that TOPS of color are well celebrated, either via fetishization or other manners. On the other hand, BOTTOMS of color are almost unheard of, it feels like the bottom role is primarily reserved for white men.
