In most places the rule is "consenting adults". That's what they are even if they are younger adults than you. I think I'm right in saying that in the US consent a bunch of elderly judges can overrule that consent and give you their version instead depending on "power differential" (whatever that is). (Meritor Savings Bank v Vinson).  Others will know better than me....
