I’m thinking about getting a PA. What do other pierced tops think? Does it enhance the fuck? My boy, Drew can’t wait for me to fuck him after I’ve had it done. Also what’s the recovery like? I mean before I can fuck him.

@Bokkierob I have never once regretted getting my PA piercing fifteen years ago.  Does it enhance the fuck?  Yes but not always, but after a few months of getting familiar with PA jewelry you'll be able to put it in, take it out however you wish.  The hole becomes permanent after a few uninterrupted months.  Most piercers will put something like a 12 or 10 g in to start and best you keep that one in place for every bit of three months.  

You'll heal up in a day or two.  Your own urine which might as well be sterile (to you) flushes it regularly.  The little sting from those early peeing for me felt fantastic.  Nothing severe, just a nice reminder slight sting.  That's over by day 2.  

I can never answer for someone else what they "should" do.  Make your own decision.  But my experience was fantastic.  Compared to any other piercing this was the easiest.

I don't have one, so can't advise on how it feels as a Top, but I do know it feels great as a bottom. It so enhances the fuck. The feeling of the PA rubbing on the prostrate is something else. I would say go for it. You will have bottoms queuing up to service you, but then, I don't think you have any problems in that area anyway!

Hi Bokkierob.. get it done. Healing is fairly quick. Drink plenty water in the hours before U get it done - concentrated urine can sting a bit. Move the piercing back and forth several times a day so the skin doesn't attach to the piercing. Fucking..give it a few weeks to heal properly. Initially it can be a bit painful for you both. Give it about 3-4 months and then start to stretch it up.. ideal size is 8mm or 0g. 

My initial piercing was done 29 years ago..and it was stretched to a 0g after about 12 months. Got a bit bored during our covid lockdowns and stretched it up to a 000g (12mm). A tight hole is a real pain.. feels great in loose holes.

I have had a PA for 25 years. It was fun getting pierced in front of a crowd at IML.  That being said, it was not the best thing I ever did.  It is difficult to piss and not drip or spray all over.  (Light colored trousers show spots easily)  .  It is easier to sit and piss which is not always a good situation in a public restroom.

I agree with other bottoms here than being fucked raw by a guy with a PA is just an outstanding feeling. Whatever the practicalities re: the piercing etc, it will attract bottoms to you like moths to a flame! 😉

Agree with what others have written above.  Healing very quick, but takes a little time before you can fuck comfortably.  Also is more comfortable with a bigger gauge piercing with time (as said above, I found stretching quite easy); the small gauge piercing can have a bit of a cheese wire effect.  Peeing issues depend on if you are wearing it all the time, I find.  If you don't wear it, just cover up the extra hole with one finger (like playing the recorder 😄).

I've been fucked by cocks with PAs, even quite large ones, and tbh didn't really notice much difference or special effects. There's no nerve endings inside the anus. I do still worry about the potential for damage, though, especially if completely sober! 😁 But also I now have a PA myself. About 2 years old now. Was shockingly painful for an hour or so.
