I love the idea of getting fucked. LOVE IT! But when I get fucked, it always hurts a LOT when the stranger first tries to penetrate my little cunt. It generally takes one or two minutes for him to get all the way in and then 2-3 minutes of slow and easy thrusting to get my hole loosened up for him to FUCK. 

Am I alone in this? I see (and have experienced) guys taking cock all at once. Are they made different? Do they have a higher pain tolerance?

I usually feel some pain when I get penetrated the first time.  How much depends on the tops girth.  It usually subsides after a minute.  After that I am good for the rest of the play session whether it is multiple fucks with the same top or multiple tops.  I have learnt to enjoy the brief pain.
