So, for my hole, for a long time no matter what, initial penetration always stings.  He can finger me, eat my hole out for hours, doesn't matter, the first time it actually slips in it hurts.  I could either breathe through it and it would eventually go away, or I could ask him to pull out, pause a sec, and go back in with literally no issue.  It's just a quirk my butthole had.  So what I started doing is just telling tops put it in, my hole will freak, pull out, count to 5, and go back in, and since I've told them up front, it's not an issue.

And then as I started to really become a much more receptive and capable bottom, I stopped doing that, just learned to relax the hole and try and swallow the cock deeper faster to just push past it, and now my hole behaves normally.
