I do not go to a specifically gay-oriented organization. When I have to find a new provider and/or organization, I try to find ones that are non-judgmental about gay issues, though I don't make a big deal of it. I've generally found people to be more sympathetic than not, including (maybe surprisingly?) in conservative West Virginia. I do switch doctors if one seems so obtuse about the issues that it becomes a lot of work.
