  1. Just wanted to let everyone know the site is now SSL encrypted! Please let me know if you have any problems. (I've started another thread and have closed this one).
  2. I've been thinking... Should I/we develop an "official" biohazard symbol for tattoos, t-shirts, etc? The TIM logo is a pretty big commitment to a particular company (will you really want that in 40 years when you're old & saggy?). But for those who are poz - being poz isn't going away... So a biohazard tat can make sense. And a standard one (endorsed and promoted by Breeding Zone) that's shared by other barebackers could make sense as a form of identification... "I'm not just poz, I bareback..." I've got an idea for a biohazard symbol. I can have a designer work it up into something that's properly executed. But others could submit the designs and then we could all vote... Sound like a good idea?
  3. I've been almost rude to them in the past when they start getting preachy (depending on my mood and how feisty I was that day). When things start getting invasive look them straight in the eye (GoodExcercise is right - don't show weakness) and say "I'm just here to get tested. I know you have a job to do and have to ask certain questions, but I've been through this many times before. I've given the issue a lot of thought and I understand the risks I take. I'm comfortable with my risk level. I really don't need lectures." I've never had someone push it after that. They actually get very apologetic about the questions they're required to ask. In fact I think my chart is now noted with a "just ask the minimal questions" 'cause now when I go in they start with "I know you just want to keep this short..." Bottom line - when they push, push back. If they're really obnoxious just keep asking to end the interview - that you just want the test and nothing more. You can also exaggerate to make things absurd. Take the number and multiply by 5 or 10. So if 20 guys have fucked you, say 200...
  4. I'd want to tag a bottom with another top. One bottom is enough.
  5. Well, good news... I've lined up a programmer... We'll see how he does setting up the tube site... Realistically it'll probably be middle of this month before I have it ready for some of you to quietly try out...
  6. The name is there - it's just black on black (a CSS problem). I'll see if I can fix it.
  7. Yeah, funny I started this thread. A month or two ago when the Chic-Fil-A thing was happening my sister posted something on Facebook in support of CFA. Long story short that lead to my telling her (privately) that it's really not OK to be a bigot when your brother is gay. I questioned how she could look her brother in the face and say he's not her equal. It gets worse... She's married to a mess of a guy. At one point they told me he was 'bisexual" (but dealing with his temptations). I finally told her the way I see things her husband wasn't allowed to be who he really was. He's got serious medical issues now as a result of decades of repression. Saying their marriage (which is based on a lie of him being heterosexual) is better than my marriage is absurd. Bottom line. I'm no longer talking to my sister. Still, so many women are gay friendly - especially ones in their 20s & 30s (my sister is about 55).
  8. Actually, it's not... http://www.time.com/time/health/article/0,8599,1824119,00.html http://www.nytimes.com/2008/07/17/science/17hiv.html?_r=1 http://forums.poz.com/index.php?topic=35810.0 I'm moving this discussion into it's own thread...
  9. For a boyfriend face is most important. For a hookup the body is most important.
  10. Let me know if you want me to come as a daddy... I'm a few months shy of your 45 y.o. cut off, but close enough
  11. Funny you should say that - I had Jayson Park sit me down 2 weeks ago to talk about starting up a porn production company. Problem is, a standard production company is not where I want to invest the limited $$ I have - it's not where my heart is at (there's something I want more). Instead I want things to be more amateur. Fostering true amateur porn (like you're suggesting), is inline with what I want to be doing. But first things first...
  12. I hired a company in Argentina to do the design and HTML/CSS for the tube site as well as a bunch of other sites. The designer got the design done, but the HTML/CSS person was incompetent and I fired him after a couple days (actually the designer is pretty bad too and is in the process of being fired). So now it's up to the company to find me more guys - though I get the sense they're giving up... At this rate I'll have to dive in and do the templating myself. So it would be up by now if I just had quality people to work with, but I don't (yet). Sorry about that.
  13. They are useful. Especially the leather ones since they're adjustable. As someone above stated, they slow down the flow of blood out of your dick which helps keep it hard. I'd be careful with metal ones though. They're too big when you're soft and too small when you're hard.
  14. Actually to answer that you need to first say whether you're talking real inches or "gay inches". When I was younger I would measure my cock with a ruler and always come up with 7 1/4", but everyone said "no, you're 8 inches", so I just started saying 8"... I think I'm borderline "hung" - I used to say my dick was "average for guys in porn". Lots of guys say I'm hung, but I think in reality I'm just a little bigger than average - but it's an attractive dick - guys do seem to give points for that (for a while there I always seemed to date guys with ugly dicks).
  15. Those of us of a certain age were taught to go for STD checks every 3-6 months. While most of us don't go that often, there's nothing wrong with doing it...
  16. This is a pretty good overview of where things stand on PrEP for gay men... For me the key take away is that PrEP can be 90% effective - about the same as a condom. BUT because guys taking the pills aren't actually sick, in some cases quite a few don't take their pills consistently. That leads to lower efficacy and drug resistance. I still say that for the worried well PrEP can be a good idea. But if you really just want to be a cumdump who's ass up in bathhouses most weekends that 10% that PrEP isn't effective will catch up to you and you'll become poz anyway.
  17. Just wondering how many of you guys were taking loads back before the advent of ARVs, back when HIV was a lot more deadly. ARVs came on the scene in 1996. It wasn't clear for a year or so that they were wonder drugs, so barebacking back then was still pretty taboo and thought to be extremely risky. While I don't bottom, in '97 I was fucking guys in bathhouses raw. I'd carry condoms around with me, but then half the time wouldn't use them. It just felt better. I knew I was taking a big risk, but I just needed to fuck the guy raw. Stupidly though, I'd always pull out and dump the load on the guy's back.
  18. As strange as it sounds, I try not to hire people in New York State. NY's laws on employee vs independent contractor are onerous to small businesses like mine so I hire out of state and ideally out of country. If I were a bigger company having someone as a part-time employee wouldn't be a big deal. But at my size it is a big deal.
  19. I've gotten stuff... They tend to come in clusters - so if you have one you often have at least two STDs. Sometimes I can't seem to avoid them - they happen frequently. Other times I go months without getting anything. It's just the nature of barebacking. STDs are a pain and honestly the guys who are STD chasing don't make any sense to me. I mean it's not fun to have STDs. I tolerate it here just because I think it's best if people know there are guys who are STD chasing - so you can try to avoid them... I'm a big advocate of people telling their sexual partners they may have been exposed. I've done it on numerous occasions, but I can't remember ever having someone tell me they had an STD. I will say pretty much everyone who I've ever told has thanked me for telling them, and few of them have reported back that I infected them with anything.
  20. Even now, if you're married age of consent laws don't apply to you in most areas. So a 70 year old man could marry a 12 year old girl and legally have sex with her in most places. Age of consent laws mean well, but arbitrary ages are... arbitrary...
  21. The basis of this thread is how would you react to a hypothetical, sexually aggressive 13 year old. The people who've been banned are ones who seem to be advocating a more predatory approach of seeking out young kids to have sex with. IMHO, there's a huge difference between an adult who seeks out underage kids and one who might do something inappropriate if the kid was insistent enough. Just yesterday I had brunch with a school teacher who was talking about a 9 year old who came out to him and was said he wanted to hookup with one of the teacher's (adult) friends. These kids do exist, and some of them are here as adults sharing their stories...
  22. I've gone from often not being able to cum to being able to cum almost whenever and wherever. All I did to achieve that was stop jacking off. Since May all my loads go in someone's ass. I suspect you're jacking off. Just stop and make sure all the loads go in your bf's ass (and whoever else you fuck).
  23. PrEP has been discussed on this site before. I'll just reiterate that IMHO, PrEP is usually a really bad idea. I mean, when are you going to stop taking PrEP? You won't stop barebacking. So you're going to have a lifetime of medications with who knows what side effects all to avoid a lifetime of medications... I don't get it. There are cases where it makes sense (e.g. sex workers), but for the average guy on here I don't get it...
  24. You should post a pic of your current PA. I find when I get to 0 there isn't much room left to piss.
  25. Where are you located? Would love to fuck you before you go on meds...
