Its NOT a bathhouse.

Its a hosted event 'sex party' in a private space which has been converted to a sex club with couches, slings and some glory hole booths.

The 30 private booths are lockable similar to a sex club (Slammers, Blow Buddies SF) or an ABS.

Clothes check and bag check is mandatory. No cell phones are allowed in the back. Some nights feature certain dress codes. Check the website for that.

There is street parking across the street next to the Manhattan bound subway station. Check Google Maps (StreetView) for a better look.

If you're driving there would be no need to bring a bag inside. Just cell phone, money to get in and car keys. I would not travel to the area with valuables in my car nor bring inside even though the front desk bag check attendants are 100% focused and professional with safe guarding your belongings.

Memorial Day Weekend there is usually not much going on of interest in NYC other than the normal sex parties. Its also Fleet Week which excites everyone as many guys think they will hook up with a sailor.

June is the best month to enjoy NYC. The weather is warm. days are long. You also have the Puerto Rican Day Parade, followed by Queens Pride then the NY Gay Pride Parade. There are also some street fairs in Harlem I believe.

This list seems to be white-European focused, which is fine but I would add Puerto Rico and El Salvador to the list. Not to mention The Philippines from what I have been told.

Interestingly, I was in New York for the first time last week. I’d heard all about New Yorkers’ supposed rudeness before I went but I found the opposite to be true. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and funny. Still, I fell in love with NYC and can’t wait to go back. 

New Yorkers are very engaging people. The stereotype of people being rude actually applies to folks from Long Island and New Jersey.
