It's like that, they ask to hug without asking for other things. It's a recent thing for me. I haven't taken a guy up on the idea, I'm not sure what to think about it. But I do think wanting to be hugged can make bigger guys seem better because they fit easier around you. Some I see are gay or bi, others unknown. My only hugging with a known straight guy is my stepbrother. It happened first when we were at the cabin and it was very cold and he was ill. It is extra steps and work, there's planning ahead sometimes, and extra risks. For a long time when I was a younger guy in my 20s I liked to have sex with guys by rubbing my dick between their thighs, or them between mine. Super frustrating to hear you didn't get healthcare you want to get and could be helped by. I'm wondering how accurate what they said was. The CDC website say about a Bexsero schedule so I think some people are getting it in the US. I think I understand one medical are a insurance company? I didn't try with insurance, I didn't expect they'd do it for me for this reason, or another reason I could say to them, so I did have to just pay for it. That of course comes with it's own barrier when you have to do that, so not itself a perfect option either, but it did work. Can you just go to a pharmacy and get vaccines you pay for in the US or are they more restricted than European countries? With a pharmacist approval you get so far in my experience whatever you want. I have had a lot of vaccines this way for many things and they ask few questions normally. Yeah, I thought I was good with it at first. My first few times it made my stomach bad, then I seemed to get used to it for a bit, then after a while my stomach didn't like it again. So I have to be careful when I take prep, not too much coffee, maybe no coffee if it's being very difficult :( avoid spicy food, just eat more carefully than normal. And not go hungry too long. I take it and half hour later I have a weird feeling in my stomach, but have a bagel or something and it's ok. I'm learning how to manage it when taking prep and it's helping. Looks like the UK has now giving a vaccine that make it less easy to get gonorrhoea. It's a meningitis vaccine that they discovered also prevents 30-40% of gonorrhoea because they're similar bacteria. Never tried them, I think maybe they'll make me sick and I don't want to stop having fun? It seems all solvent things make me ill, like using strong glue or paint for a project. On demand is flexible and pretty easy when you know the rules. And when you do it right you're protected for the times you have sex without taking tablets all the time. For example when I have a meet with a guy and use prep on demand I only need to take four tablets total. And it doesn't matter if you go a long time between meets because for the weeks or months you don't need it the tablets just go in the cupboard and you don't need to think about or take any. I take them either for a specific meet, which means just four tablets total. Or I take them in advance for a weekend or holiday away when I'll probably meet one or more guys and just want to be ready to have fun whenever that happens during the trip. The rules for covering a weekend or holiday depend which days you have sex, and you'd need to learn the rules from a health professional, but following what I've been taught a 7 day holiday would be at maximum 10 tablets total for me, which isn't a lot really for being covered for a whole week long holiday or business trip. The tablets I get have pretty long dates on them so it's ok to put them away for a while. I think the injection is not a thing where I live, but maybe in the future. It would have the downside of having to go in for injections, but it could be good to avoid affecting my stomach as I won't be eating it. Handy for some guys. Also forgetful guys, I know some are bad at remembering pills. A friend I meet for fun has a memory problem and I always message him before and the two days after to take them if we meet or he meets another guy. Maybe there should be a prep app for guys who need reminding to take it and help to remember if they already did.

Apps are still working for me, but always mixed results. Flaky guys, possibly fake ones, they've always been there. I got the HPV vaccine years ago through a pharmacy, back when it was kind of new. I had to pay quite a high price. It was a super annoying experience, they first of all saying "but you're not a woman" even though the vaccine manufacturer set out it's perfectly fine for men and there's reasons to use it. Finally they accept it is ok. But the pharmacy staff were being awkward and rude, I think because it's a vaccine for an STI. And I had to go in three times for the injections. But I don't regret going through all the problems. We shouldn't have to worry about things like HPV. Lucky guys now, it's free in many places in Europe and you can get it from the sex health clinics where the staff are usually not weird about stuff.
