How long for your HIV to progress?

Hey OP, @pozsewerpig, I see you posted that you have AIDS now, too. How long did it take you to progress this far? -

Thanks for volunteering to be in the vaccine trial, @cosmaz. I'm sorry it didn't work out. Glad to hear the meds are working for you. -
The owners of large cocks need to know what they are doing. Sure there are some sluts on here that can take just about anything with the first thrust. But many of us need to be worked up to it. And the top needs to know a little about the male anatomy to understand the muscles and turns/bends of the bottom's ass. For the few tops that didn't know what they were doing, I have to tell them to stop and let me ride it so I can work up to it. So, I've never refused a big one, we just have to negotiate. Of course, once I'm opened with the particular dick, the top can take me as he wants.

I've seen websites and discussions about multiple male orgasms. It's essentially an orgasm without ejaculating. When a man doesn't ejaculate when orgasming, he may be able to maintain an erection and keep going. I played around with it a little but I love ejaculating too much! LOL Here's one site that talks about it. I'm not sure how realistic this is. But experimenting with orgasms can't be all bad! LOL. How long for your HIV to progress?
hairyone replied to pozsewerpig's topic in HIV/AIDS & Sexual Health Issues
Just about 2 years. I was exposed Sept 2001; fuck flu Oct 2001; and confirmed positive Dec 24, 2001 (merry fuckin Christmas). At the time, the medication cocktails were just coming out and we didn't know if starting early or waiting was the way to go. As we know now, starting early is the way to go. I didn't choose wisely. I waited until I was near formal AIDS diagnosis. In July of 2003, I developed Oral hairy leukoplakia, and my CD4 was 232. As you see in my records below, I probably only had another few months before the CD4 dropped below 200 which would have put me right at the 2 year mark for seroconversion. (For the CD4/CD8 percentage, 40% is ideal. 30-61% is ok.) The viral count was probably MUCH higher than 750K, the test that was used on me at the time topped out at 750K. With my leukoplakia and general health, it was probably well over a million. Other tests were available to determine exactly the viral load but wasn't necessary since I chose to start the meds. It took one year to get undetectable. Even though I've been in the "normal" range for years, my numbers are still continuing to trend higher (subtly but still generally improving) 20 years later. -
I've seen this elsewhere but haven't tried it, yet. One word of caution I came across: "Colon cleansing in general may cause an electrolyte imbalance due to the rapid loss of sodium and fluids." I wonder if a simple electrolyte replacement after the event is over would help? Obviously, don't overdo it.

Have you tried meditation or find a massage therapist? You may have to find someone who has studied Body Electric. -

O.M.G.! He needs to be clear with his doctor of his sexual practices or find another doctor. "STIs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis require a swab for diagnosis." [think before following links] https://www.verywellhealth.com/can-i-get-an-std-blood-test-3132740#:~:text=Some people avoid STI screening, require a swab for diagnosis. That means he doesn't tell his doctor he has sex with men or his doctor is an idiot. It MIGHT be ok if he NEVER puts a dick in his mouth (ejaculate or not) and nothing ever touches his ass (no dick or finger or mouth). Is that possible? Do you believe that? -
I learned the hard way that "Sometimes a fantasy should stay a fantasy!" Fantasies are so much better than the real thing. After I learned my lesson, that has been a life mantra.

Some of that sounds like Chlamydia. You're overdue for another STD check anyway. Good luck! -

I don't understand the desire to get pozzed
hairyone replied to btmdad's topic in What's It Like To Be Poz?
I think you are right on, @hntnhole. There is also another aspect I've seen from many of the posts from chasers on this forum. They are looking for a "brotherhood". I get it. Men can get lonely and want the other company of men for sex and/or camaraderie. With some men, you can have both. With others you have one or the other. All is great. But having HIV is NOT a brotherhood! If you want a brotherhood, join a club. I joined a gay fraternal club and I found all that without having an agenda of sharing a vicious virus. And those needs mentioned as a gay man are met. -
There is the sharing of control and trust which can be a pleasant experience and a journey of submission for the bottom. But the real thing is the endorphins that ErosWired mentioned. Some endorphins can be 20 to 30 times more powerful than morphine. That's a good buzz!!

I don't understand the desire to get pozzed
hairyone replied to btmdad's topic in What's It Like To Be Poz?
When you said "it is no longer a death sentence" I thought you meant that when people get HIV and take the medication, they don't die from AIDS anymore. I had the same interpretation when you said, "if you get hiv you can get on meds and never have to worry. " So I apologize I misinterpreted your statement. All I wanted to clarify is that some people still die from AIDS even if they take the medication. True, it is nothing like it was before the medication (not even close). But people still die from it even if they do everything they can to stay alive. Yes, it is still best to take the medication as instructed if someone is infected and they have an excellent chance of survival. But it is not 100% and saying "never have to worry" is a negligent overstatement. There are a lot of HIV-negative people on this forum that are considering becoming infected and they need to know the truth about ALL possibilities. Yes, they should take their meds and live their lives. But, even though most of us can find ways to cover the $36,000.00 cost per year for those meds, we should still be aware it is not a full panacea. That is all my response was meant to be. -

Whoah! Hold on there. It's no longer a death sentence for MOST people. I wish the best of luck you are part of the MOST people. Too all of us. -

Even though many people have their HIV well under control, we don't know what's going to happen later. These "miracle cocktail" drugs have only been around for around 20 years or so. What are these drugs going to do to us after another 10 years, or 20, or more? We may keep HIV at bay but no one has taken these "cocktail" drugs for 30 years or longer, yet. These are strong meds and, if not monitored, can be toxic. We don't know if we are going to wind up with a cancer, or organ failure, or whatever. I hope to be around another 30 or 40 years but not if my bones start snapping, or a weird cancer, or lose my mind. I sure as fuck don't want to live like that. I already mentioned that I've noticed I've aged a lot faster than I should after almost 20 years of being poz and on meds. I'm dealing with early disk degeneration (I'm over 2 inches shorter!) and it's quite painful at times. Is it HIV related? Drug related? Was I doomed to have this regardless? We don't know. It's going to take many years of statistics after we're long gone to figure that out. My doctor tried to comfort me and told me when I converted that this disease will not kill me. It will be something else. He's probably right. But that something else may be something we can't imagine at a time not expected. -

Calculate your score on this sex bucket list and then improve it by the end of the year. What's YOUR current score? -
I've heard guys talk about ugly dicks, ugly cocks, or an ugly penis. But I'm not sure what they mean. I've seen average dicks on ugly men. There are many different shapes of cocks but I wouldn't necessarily call them ugly. I even did a search for "ugly dick" and the dicks weren't ugly; some of the men were ugly but that doesn't count. The only ugly dick I've seen was those that are diseased or recently damaged. That's a different category from my question. Ignoring if the man himself was ugly (in looks or demeanor), what is an ugly dick? Any example pics?
