Hey everyone! So, I've thought about starting a blog. Since I am new to the idea of blogging, who has the better blogging capabilities? Tumblr? What about other hosts/sites? Where should I start? Most states do have liability laws on the books. Even in some of the more liberal states, transmitting HIV knowingly and not disclosing it is a criminal/felony offense.
