I just had a look at these as I am also on the lookout for a place to stay where guys can cum and go easily. I just wanted to point out a couple of things... The wellington gets good press but some of the reviews say the owners are retiring and it has "an uncertain future". That was a while ago... would be interested to know if it is still good and whether it has changed ownership. The fountain inn's web page makes much of the fact that they monitor the place with cameras and if you try and sneak guys in for a party they will magically appear to break it up. They also say if they see you bringing extra guys in to sleep over that aren't booked guests then they'll charge you extra. That kind 1984 monitoring thing would put me off. So... for now my search continues.

Yes +1 vote for central station's underground club in Kings Cross. I really miss the original PlayPit in Caledonian Road.

Greenhouse Darlaston... yes I've had similar experiences there and there's a sling in the dark bit too which is great. I have been there on "bears day" and someone actually use their phone as a flashlight to "vet" the guys in the darkroom, which as you say is absolutely pitch black.

Have to say yes to this one - but darkrooms tend to be a bit variable how dark they actually are. In more fluffy venues guys seem to want to see who they're playing with. Harder venues not so much. I like it dark enough not to see at all and use my imagination. Allied to that a similar experience is blindfolded in a sling but in the saunas I frequent the slings are in not so dark areas so fun seems to be a bit thin on the ground.

"Expectant" is an interesting word and I think it cuts both ways. So I was at the sauna last night and it was pretty quiet. I just had my account approved by WhatsApp video call - a one second call to check I am genuine. Logged in and exploring... It's a work in progress and the guy behind it is really friendly and is open to suggestions. It has a friendly non-commercial feel to it and I hope it succeeds.

The sign up procedure is quite unique. You have to upload a face pic photo to your account and they send you a key code. Then you have to WhatsApp or Skype video call with the site admin to verify your identity before they will enable your account. I liked the page in the sign up that is probably borne out of GPDR but really clearly explains what information is stored and who it is visible to, and what happens if you want to delete pics or your account. It is very clear and good. Interesting that they don't store your email, only a hash code of it so I guess they can't notify you when you get messages, but also you cannot be easily tied to your account if they get breached.

Taste varies a lot from person to person - I guess it depends on their diet etc. Generally I love the taste but occasionally you get a load that you just have to swallow rather than taste it.

I like J-Lube because you can use a lot and not worry too much about the expense. I find J-Lube to be a bit runny and thin so tend to make mine thicker. The downside of using a lot is the cleanup... A word of warning J-Lube in the bathroom can make things dangerously slippy - especially in the shower when cleaning off. If you need to get rid of J-Lube in a clean up situation, salt works well. Its like kryptonite for J-Lube, and makes it break down. If you're into rubber then one thing I like to do is dusting the inside of my rubber gear with J-Lube powder instead of talc which makes the inside go very slick when you sweat. That all said, recently I've discovered Crisco and have also been experimenting with E45 cream which is available in places like Poundland and Savers very cheap. If I'm going out my final part of preparation is usually a bit of vaseline as it lasts a long time and isn't kind to rubber... ?

Showed up in person to get tickets for New Year Eve party but was disappointed to find they were sold out a couple of days before. They said I might get in on the night but it wasn't guaranteed, as they're being careful about numbers. The authorities are looking closely at venues like this: it started with the dark room at Scheune, and now I hear that Quaelgeist has been closed a few months after opening at their new venue. Also heard that Bose Buben had been under pressure too. It would be a great shame to lose unique play places like this, so I understand why they are being very careful at the moment.

Two places I'd recommend are just a short bus ride up the road in Kings Cross. Travelodge Kings Cross Royal Scot is basic and has a lot of special offers if you sign up to their mailing list and plan a bit ahead. Hub by Premier Inn is also in KX and can be cheap if you book ahead.

If I know I am hooking up with a larger sized guy then I would prepare beforehand with some toys. This tends to reduce any 'wear' on my hole. Yup i've experimented making stuff. I have a decent 3-d printer and a CNC laser cutter. The problem with 3-d prints is the rough-ish finish and structural strength. I have been thinking of using a 3d-print as a pattern to make a mould which can then be used to make silicon rubber toys which I think would be better. I'm looking for info in the silicon rubber they use in toy-making - does anyone have any sources or info?
