I work throughout North America, and agree that it is unique to a region covers that covers PNW US and far western Canada of North America. Haven't had the opportunity to explore Europe that way, but it has always sounded like there are places that I would fit right in. For non-sexual reasons, it will most likely be next spring before I finally make the move. Hawks, they are still building it out so the darkroom while open is nothing but an empty shipping container, with one small mat on the floor, without anything on the doorway to keep it dark. I finally have an appointment to get my 1st dose tomorrow. The city will make a huge difference, I can see it working in bigger cities like Chicago or LA and a few smaller ones that have horny fuckers like Denver or Palm Springs. I highly recommend you go on PREP. I'm 99% sure this is how I became positive. Anecdotally, it was apparently spread at a cuddle party that does not allow sex of any kind here in Portland, so I agree any prolonged skin to skin contact can spread it, and that it is contagious before the lesions are visible.
