    Since no one else is contributing, I will contribute my extremely limited knowledge on venues in the US that are strictly sex clubs, i.e. not a bar with a backroom, bathhouse with private rooms, or a sex resort.     That is entirely possible, although Steamworks is more likely in recent years I've mostly just gone for Cumunion parties. I have been to the baths in Seattle a few times a year over close to 20 years, and am over 80% miss. The PNW, including Portland where I live now, is nothing like what I experienced when I've lived or traveled other places, including the Midwest.

At least before COVID they tended to draw large crowds, back when they 1st started and were held in just a few locations once a month, they would draw guys from long distances. Some of them do have porn streaming, some do not. There has been at least one porn movie filmed at one, probably more but they generally are not filmed. The one I was at was advertised that they would be filming a porn flick that night well in advance. Porn stars do sometimes attend events that are not filmed. Now that they are fairly wide spread, and in some places happen twice a month or more often and at multiple venues in the same city, they mostly take on the sex characteristics of the city and venue where they are held. They also tend to have special parties in cities that are hosting a major gay event during the event. I still like to travel to them at cities/venues where the action is really good a few times a year, I'm traveling to the one in LA July 1st which has always been a good one for me, especially the 4th of July weekend. I will also generally make an effort to go to one if I'm going to be in that city anyway. I am still a regular attendee at my local events, which now that they no longer draw an out of town crowd isn't much different than a regular disappointing night.

    In many respects I am still a "bashful boy from the Midwest," I did spend the 1st 26 years of my life in small towns in downstate Illinois. However, when it comes to sex, if I arrive at the start of a sex party I'm usually half of the 1st couple start fucking, and have no inhibitions at all about having sex in a public setting where there is no risk of arrest.     I have been to several Cumunion parties, including Las Vegas, but I've never been to Entourage. I'm sure Las Vegas has sex club regulars, and that they are somewhat specific to the 3 bathhouses, they also have a very large group of tourists, which is highly variable, at the sex clubs and Cumunion parties. My general recommendation is go, leave your inhibitions behind as much as humanly possible, and be prepared to accept advances from your fellow attendees and fuck your brains out with them. The Cumunion parties I have been to in Las Vegas were pretty middle of the road, they weren't all out dog pile orgies for hours on end, but sex was available if you were open to it. Most of the fucking and getting fucked that I have done in Las Vegas was in the dark play spaces at Hawks, and I prefer to see who my partners are, but other than that it was a great time. Hopefully someone who is familiar with the Entourage set up will chime in with more info for you.

I don't now that I have been to any private parties that were billed as being setup by people in the porn industry. They can all be hit or miss. The best Cumunion parties I have been to are the ones held at LAX Sanctuary in LA. You can do a search for Cumunion parties here at BZ and find commentary about what goes on in various cities. If I've added positive comments to those discussions, it was probably a big dog pile orgy.
