Having traveled to and lived in many different places across North America and tried to hookup, I have observed some things about both the hookup apps and in person cruising. The same problems that exist for in person cruising carry over to the apps and get magnified there. I think I'm a little confused. I don't consider paying to enter a bathhouse to have sex with someone else that has paid to enter the bathhouse to be a brothels/prostitution situation. To me that is no different than paying to enter any other kind of establishment and interact with other customers. There are some gray areas however, like offering discounts to tops and or letting guys they know are active tops in for free/offering special perks and discounts.
