The Cumunion site shows they restarted the Seattle parties July 3rd, I saw it both there and on Twitter. Steamworks had several banners up stating the same, although they did not mention it when I checked in.

There seems to be some pent up boringness in the Pacific NW. I need to try that one, I haven't been to it. I highly recommend the Sanctuary LAX one for the same reasons, although the fuck furniture is somewhat unimaginative. Mostly just long benches to bend over if you want to bottom, but it is incredibly hot and conducive for fucking when 40 or 50 guys are fucking at the same time. I think it will vary greatly by city. As much as I would love to have them be able to duplicate the dog pile orgies I've enjoyed in public play spaces in LA and Denver, I don't think there would be any way to encourage the same kind of scene here in the Pacific Northwest. In fact I think it would scare most of the attendees from ever attending another one. Generally speaking I prefer a little spit, although if I'm bottoming and excited my hole is self lubing. I always apply a little spit for the 1st thrust when I top, unless I know the guy is already fully open.
