We're child-free and want to stay that way. She's infertile so there's no danger there, but we don't know and don't trust the fertility status of other women. Accidentally bringing a kid into our lifestyle or as a financial drain on our lifestyle would wreck our marriage so it's a hard red line. I've never done it quite like that. I have been to a blackout party/orgy in Memphis where I was fucked by successive tops, which was fun. I have heard that it can interfere with absorbing PrEP. My doctor told me to space out fiber away from my PrEP doses +/- 3 hours, so that seems to line up with your advice too.

I got the full array of STD tests and started PrEP and DoxyPEP with 3-month follow ups at my doctor. I typically play with people who are on PrEP or poz undetectable, where I'm able to select.
