I think Tim Tales [think before following links] https://www.timtales.com/new-releases/ does a pretty good job of presenting other options beside Dark-Top-Light-Bottom. PrEP is your solution for preventing HIV infection. It shouldn't be hard for you to get on PrEP where you are. Bacterial STIs are a real possibility if you are having sex bareback, but you also get exposed to them by non-anal activities. The only real defense there is knowing your partner(s). You need to get checked for these things afterwards.
